Worst Wendy's ever! It seems that every time I go through the drive thru after 10 p.m. the CC machine is down and they are accepting EXACT change only. They even closed a couple of hours early one Saturday night and when I asked why they didn't seem to have an answer. Wendy's really needs to open an investigation into this location. Franchisee or not, it really hurts the brand.
Second time coming here in a 6 month period decided to give it another try. This time even worse than the last. 30 minute round trip and the amount of tape they put on the bags is crazy so I decided not to open them and check so my fault in that aspect. That being said of course they forgot two sandwiches and the sandwiches tasted like the meat has been sitting there all day. They didn’t give the sides for the chili and no dipping sauce for the nuggets. They even got the drink messed up. This is by far the worst Wendy’s we’ve been to and any inkling of wanting to go run the other direction don’t waste your money.
I’ve tried to come here 5 times total in the last 3 months. Of those 5 I have only been able to buy food once. 3 of the times they haven’t been accepting card. The other time they were “closed” 1.5 hours with what appeared to be all of the employees smoking a blunt just around the corner. At this point it’s officially not the worth the effort.
I went inside to speak with a manager related to the way I was spoken to at the pick up window...I got to the front to order and he requested I come inside. I refused and said I would wait if I have to and he started being extremely rude and disrespectful as he believed me waiting was "running his time up". During that wait to speak to a manager I heard staff (a lady and man) joking & laughing hysterically about customers cholesterol ect this woman should be minding her own cholesterol as a matter of fact. No one in the building had a name tag on, or seemed to know if they were a manager or not. My concern fell on deaf ears. This place always has horrible wait times sometimes 30 minutes. The entire staff acts like it's an inconvenience to be pleasant and it's overall ghetto. Avoid if you can, I just liked their strawberry lemonade but not enough to stand for any disrespect
First time eating from Wendy’s breakfast menu. My new fave. These are the best breakfast potatoes out of all the fast food chains. They were perfectly crispy and seasoned. Not oily like BK hash browns. Pumpkin spice frosty cream cold brew was ok.
How is it that your debit/credit card machine is down every time I come to get food? I mean how is it that for months one of the devices you need to make money in your business is down so much. I think this store has a problem with lazy employees. Hey that’s ok I’ll drive the extra few mins down the road to the BK or even across the street to the McDonalds that wants my money.
Now with thumb prints in your food, along with missing ingredients that you pay extra for, plus missing ingredients that are supposed to be there
Worst Wendy's I've ever been to. Pulled up to the menu there was a sign that said cash only, so I got exact change out. Then I waited 10 minutes in the drive thru for someone to take my order before pulling up to the window to see if they were open. After a few minutes a girl opened the window and I asked if I could order. She looked confused and said yes, but that they only take cards. So i put my cash away and waited another 5 minutes for her to return just to tell me I had to come inside because the machine was broken. I left and got KFC down the street. The KFC was so good, also drive thru took 2 seconds.
