If I could give no stars, I would. From the poor service, to the dried out nasty food. My chicken sandwich was if it had been sitting there for a few days pre-made.
Visited 4/16/24 between 6:00pm-6:04pm.
Worst fast food in Gloucester mostly due to the poor customer service. Food was cold and mediocre even by fast food standards. There were no other customers at the drive through.
The cashier at the window was extremely rude and unhygienic. Digging in her hair and yelling to another coworker about a “Bobby pin”. Did not include sauces with the order. Did not receive the drink I ordered and once they turned their back refused to acknowledge me at the window so I just left the drink. Did not receive a receipt.
Restaurant was not accepting cash. Card only.
We live in an old town and that's kind of an older Wendy's you know what you're getting when you go through a fast food line. But for two pregnancies they have gone above and beyond to deliver me so much Gosh darn cheese sauce I'll never not go to this Wendy's.
Used to be great now the New staff don’t clean regularly and today make the third time I have come during business hours and the staff have closed the lobby because their to lazy to run it trusty sad
Forgot most of my daughters order and took 20 minutes to bring the food out when I was the only car in line and the food was incredibly cold we have to reheat it
This is by far the worst Wendy's I've ever been too. I've been to this one several times and have never not had an issue. Whether it be forgetting part of your order, or making part of your order incorrectly, this place is straight trash. Inside, the tables are dirty, condiment area in disarray, bathroom out of toilet paper - whatever. Straight trash.
Trash! Worst customer survive of my life. Not a single person there. Rude to me for not knowing what I wanted to order. Negative energy. Never going back there again!! People should be trained or fired. No name tags, no recites. Do better Wendy’s at Gloucester point
This is how they fill a medium fry. This has happened the last couple times I’ve come here for a fry. If they actually do fill it, they will be ice cold with no salt. Time after time disappointment.
