The soda machine is always broken puddle of water on floors and black stuff in your cup from soda machine. Been there a couple of times thinking it would get better..Management needs to pay attention to store because customers may get hurt and sick eating at this place. On a good note the workers on register are excellent and polite helpful.
New management is sloppy at night better during day hours. French fries were cold and not salted. Had to wait 25 minutes for my order.
This location is awful I honestly don’t know how they still running Inside you have the least friendliest employees they all look like they are stuck in detention at a hs not trying or doing a job because why they clearly won’t get fired since 2020 all places just seem to hire bodies just to “look efficient” but it’s truly not. It’s not that hard of a job and if this level makes you miserable then your in for a treat when you actually grow up. I didn’t look for names cuz it’s not worth it I know nothing will happen to the snot that took my order after standing there for 10-15min with my kid. When I finally got the girl to do her job I was kind I greeted her while I got nothing no smile back all I wanted was a chocolate frosty and they apparently were down to the orange creamsicle whatever I was annoyed took a minute asked for a soda. The snot at counter decided to make me wait while she did 2 other things before simply handing me the cup I’m willing to shove in places if I ever see her again
You are a horrible business with horrible staff you can’t seem to work inside or for drive thru cuz last few times in drive thru wait is 15-20min Hence why I never want to come here if the child hadn’t needed bathroom we wouldn’t have And I promise never again
Besides the fact that the kids there kept thinking it was funny to say welcome to goodburger welcome to Taco Bell welcome to Burger King welcome to McDonald's it was super annoying super unprofessional it didn't even get any of my order right and they were just laughing and giggling the whole time no time or patience for this
This location is horrific. If you can't staff the drive thru, then shut down. It's terrible service to force people to wait 15+ min waiting in a drive thu line.
Went through drive thru last night. The fries were hard, old and inedible. Several nuggets were as hard as a rock. Having to wait for old food is bad business practice.
The young man at the front counter was polite and i saw him take extra care to make my pub fries, which were delicious!
The service was good but the place wasn't very clean.
