This location is a joke. The manger in the morning with thick black glasses always has an attitude. She sounds like you have interrupted her day. One of the other managers that works the window in the afternoon basically throws food into your car. When they mess up (which is usual) and you have to go in the place is gross. Tables and chairs everywhere. Covered in sticky mess. Only reason we go here is because it’s just up the street from our work.
Been to this location multiple times. The food used to be good but has gotten pretty bland at this location recently. Today I had a bad interaction where they put the wrong items on the list. Had to correct them (nicely). They then they got really snotty in their speech. Told us to pull around and didn't change the items on the screen. Sandwichs they put on there were 3.50 and had meat. My sandwichs were 2 something and no meat. (Vegetarian)
Walked into the most clean Wendy's that I have ever been in to date. Was greeted promptly as soon as I walked into the door and waited maybe a couple of minutes for my hot food. Highly recommended this Wendy's. ????
DO NOT purchase a Potato if it's gonna come out looking like this. This is what you get when you come here.
Did not give delivery driver all the food for my UberEats order. UberEats would not refund me. So I guess I bought an employee there a frosty, you're welcome.
Me and the fiancé decided to grab dinner tonight and came thru drive thru , we got a 10 piece nuggets spicy , and a biggie bag with normal nuggets and a few packs of sour cream . We get to the window, pay and get the food and we’re missing the packs of sour cream so we ask for the packs and the girl Mexican didn’t speak English so she told us to give our food back, for whatever reason and then finally get our packs of sour cream. We get back home and I only got 2 refusal nuggets, and they gave me 2 spicy which I’m allergic to, and the fiancé only got 8 nuggets not 10. I know the employees don’t care but missing items is pathetic I hope you fix something
We went in, and there was a
person in line holding a toy gun. When the worker came up. He was complaining and not using the nicest language. My Dad and l just turned around and walked out.
So I ordered a salad today. When I got back to my office opened the container, you instantly smelled mold…I mean yes blue cheese is a bit musky smell but the blue cheese was dark grey, sticky and smelled so horrible. How can a server open this salad to put fresh cooked chicken on it and not notice this, don’t they realize someone is going to get extremely I’ll. This is not the first time I received old food from this location. Needless to say no one cares but I know I won’t return to this location again.
I mean come in look at the picture I took of what is suppose to be blue cheese! Anyone else see a problem or am I over reacted????♀️
