I will never be coming back to this Wendy’s AGAIN. This was an awful experience. First The stupid robot told me they had no vanilla frosty. Which was greatly disappointing due to my NEED for this vanilla frosty. My two fellow passengers ordered chocolate frosty, so I got one as well. The Ms robot decided to make it 5 frostys even though we didn’t ordered 5. We were confused. Once we got to the window the lady was rude and was not willing to only give us three frosty instead of 5. BUT they only ended up having enough for 1 chocolate frosty. We then ordered 2 orange frostys (which are disgusting). BUT THIS LADY FILLED ONE OF THEM WITH HALF ORANGE HALF CHOCOLATE. Who does that? Overall awful experience don’t go.
Staff was rude when I went through the drive through and didn’t say a single word to me at the window. The new AI ordering system is terrible, confuses things all the time, and how it displays options you’ve asked for is quite confusing. Takes twice a long to order.
everything was great here, the service, they greeted me coming in, and they are always all so kind! this time, they even gave me my order for FREE because they’re card machine was down. I love this! definitely my go to fast food place!!

Disappointed once again the rewards app was inoperable at this location once again. Prices here appear a bit higher than elsewhere and I had hoped t I use a freebie or at least an e-offer
Order was not correct, burgers were over cooked and dry. Worst experience we've ever had at a Wendy's.
The automated drive-through system is terrible, and won't allow any modifications within reason. We tried to ask for something changed and it added a duplicate instead, we tried to up-size something in the Biggie Bag and it glitched... The drive-through being a glorified Alexa A.I. system is not good.
This A.I. drive-thru ordering system needs to really be improved so it can accept the inevitable modifications that happen with so many orders, instead of just getting everything wrong and misunderstanding so much of what you say
They don't miss a beat. Food order was correct I will always stop at this location to get something to eat.
We had a take out order. It was accurate and didn't take long to prepare.
