I had a very awesome experience with the staff, from the male employee that offered to open door for my elderly dad to the staff that took our order and the elderly woman who offered us a bag for our leftovers on the way out, we will be back. Food was super fresh and delicious! Only issue I had was the Vitamin Water sprayed orange spray all over me when I attempted to get a drink. It stained my sweatshirt and my hands. It was my favorite shirt.
Went here today after not coming for awhile and immediately regretted my life choices. All safe crossing parking spots are reserved for mobile orders. We had to cross the drive thru line to get into the store, with a child. The young lady taking orders was nice. The lady making the orders has a God complex. She read my order off her screen wrong several times trying each time to pass the blame to myself out the young lady taking orders. She had to be shown every time that it was her not reading correctly. We will probably find a new location to visit. This one is too much trouble for mid level food.
Drive thru service here is horrendous. The nicest person here is the robot voice that greets you. No one acknowledges anything you say. They take your card without saying hello, stating your total or repeating your order. Being motioned to pull forward by someone on their phone when theirs no room to pull forward is crazy to me.
Wendys breakfast is something I look forward to. The fact that they stop selling it at 10:30 makes me depressed. What makes me depressed and angry is that I went thru the drive thru at 10:27 AM and was told I could not order breakfast... even though the employee confirmed it stops at 10:30. Please ma'am I already had a bad week. You have ruined my day and I will be thinking about how angry I am at you for a millennia
The manager here is putting together a good crew. Very attentive staff and everyone seems to be happy. That's the way to do it. Have fun and get the job done!
Stopped by Wendy's for a quick bite before a concert and it was the perfect choice! The Jr Bacon cheeseburgers were deliciously satisfying, and the crispy chicken sandwich hit the spot. Fast service ensured we made it to the concert on time. Definitely coming back for more pre-show meals!
IF I could give a zero star I would. I apparently went through the wrong door that happened to still be unlocked and got screamed at by the black woman "manager" working. I didn't get her name, but I told her if this is how you treat people it is unacceptable. I was told to walk around to the other entrance for pickup. I told her this is ridiculous and this is not the way you treat people. IF YOU HATE YOUR JOB SO MUCH QUIT. Somehow they get paid more but get worse workers. It's unbelievable you have someone this unhinged as a manager at this establishment.
This is the worst Wendys I've ever been to. Literally all 3 times was a horrific experience! First time was all the food was ice cold food was colder then our drinks. Then 2nd time they didn't have iced coffee that goes with the cinnamon so I asked if they could just replace the coffee with a soda and I get up there to pay and they added on the soda with the $5. So I figured I would give another chance. I asked for a cinabon and Ixed coffee. They had to check if there were any available and he says yes I have one left. We get it and there's no icing it's room temperature and it's super rubbery. This place need a district manager to come in and clean house!!! All 3 times was terrible experience! I would recommend going to o the next closest to where ur at bcuz ur gonna be disappointed and pissed off and broke from the wasted $ u spent on some cold garbage food!
