The people and food were outstanding! They were so busy and crowded that I was amazed the staff wasn't overwhelmed, but no! Real troopers! If it hadn't have been so crowded and busy I believe it would have been perfect!
Asked for extra onion and pickle for a burger and sadly got 2 pickles and one small ring of onion not even a slice. Fries are always old. Disappointed
We went when it was incredibly busy, I mean swamped, and the front counter girl was amazing. She was on top of everything and still very friendly. I was impressed by that employee.
My family and I frequent this Wendy's location for breakfast. The restaurant is always extremely clean. The staff go above and beyond and meet all of our expectations for superb service. All of our food is exceptionally fresh and always handed to us with a smile. In my opinion, there is no better Wendy's out there!
After 2 years away, we tried this restaurant again. Another mistake. Promising crispy hot fries that are better than McDonald's. No. Cold. Floppy. Sandwiches were reheated. And worst of all, i ordered bacon cheese fries. Just guess what the smart crew forgot. Bacon. So sad. Close this store. Open a daycare for the employees..
This morning I ordered a chicken honey biscuit and a cheese biscuit. They put the CHEESE on my honey biscuit (gross) and left it off my toddlers cheese biscuit. I rarely go there because they always do weird errors on my food, I once got a burger without the meat. I tried calling the restaurant and they just didn't answer. I'm a local and will never go back there. (Lucasville, Ohio)
I got my food to go right as they were closing, and they still hated us with a smile did everything they could to help us, and I will definitely return!
It was on the busy side but they were so sweet, the food was unusually good for fast food and it was mostly clean. There was a functional changing table in the men's restroom too!
