I came to Wendy’s and it was really slow service but I didn’t mind it because i wasn’t that hungry. When I got my food there was a hole in 3 of my chicken nuggets, the fries tasted old and it just wasn’t the great Wendy’s experience i was hoping for.
This Wendy’s has been my go-to spot for most of my time in Gainesville. Always clean, and usually not too busy but when they are they get through orders quick. Delicious, affordable meals and friendly staff!
I come here for breakfast sometimes after my graveyard shift. The gentlemen in the drive through is so kind and respectful. He has glasses, light blonde/grayish hair maybe. It is so refreshing to be treated kindly at a fast food place.The food is always hot and fresh.The kitchen staff know what they are doing in the morning. I keep coming back because of the wonderful customer service and the tasty breakfast.
Susan is an excellent worker. Extremely courteous, friendly and profesional. Always willing to help with a big smile on her face. She should be a manager. Keep up the good work Susan.
The food was well prepared. The customer service was horrible. A white woman with a neck tattoo and who was brunette was very rude and hostile. I was polite with her though regardless of her rude approach. She told me my order went up 12 dollars with just a order of fries and drink, when I never order a large drink to begin with. All the other workers seemed nice though. Please train her better. She needs help with her customer service and basic math.
I ordered the Dave’s double medium with a strawberry lemonade and when I bit into my burger it wasn’t cooked all the way. So I called the restaurant 5 times and nobody answered. So I texted my son and told him about my burger being half way cooked. He said he was going to let the Manager know.
It's completely disgusting. My Asiago chicken sandwich tasted like old dirty oil and had massive amounts of ranch all over it, the bun, the wrapping. A complete mess. I couldn't even eat it after the first attempted bite of old grease and the ranch mess. Fries were Luke warm at best and limp. I will not be back to a Wendys... maybe ever. Total waste of $10. Just gross. I also was not even given a receipt at the drive-through.
An overall great experience usually at this Wendy’s location. The lead worker I apologize for not getting her name, is very helpful and efficient with taking orders and making sure we receive our food as ordered. Could use a few more booths though and the seats are pretty hard.
