This place is absolutely doing everything it needs to do to not have the homeless community to the point where it’s highly uncomfortable for any paying customer. The bathrooms were set above 90’ making it almost unsafe to be in for too long. The dinning area had sections blocked off that weren’t in the front of the store for seating. With the AC blasting. None of the condiments were out. You can tell they struggle with the company they invite into the dinning area so stick to the drive thru if you want to feel good about eating out and sitting down for a meal.
Very nice employees and looks like they're a bit busy but tries to get the work done the best they can! Love the food!
Also try it during breakfast, they're the best!

I'd love to give it 5 stars. However I was told that the credit card reader was not working. Luckily I carry emergency cash. Come to find out the credit card readers on the self service kiosks were working. I would have rather used my card. By that time I had already paid.
The staff got my order right but I had to correct her a few times because she kept adding things I didn’t say. Like when you say you want Fanta and they ring you up for coke, and a burger with no onions. Nothing I said sounded remotely close to that so it’s clear they aren’t paying full attention to me.
Also the food was hot, but the fries had no seasoning which makes them taste very bland, and no ketchup was included in the bag. It’s poor attention to details like this that makes the difference between an okay experience and an excellent experience. It would have been very easy just to season the fries and add a ketchup packet. You did the hard part but skipped out on the easy part. It’s like running a race and stopping a few steps before the finish line. Why waste all that effort just to skip the easy part? Makes no sense.
Worst wendys out here food takes 25-35 minutes not even in rush hour ut was 8pm! Only 3 cars in front of me and then everything is wrong its a simple order just do your job stop dabin save your brain cells not even the manager was help i told these people 3 times what i wanted it was like if i was talking Chinese just give the job to a money instead food was cold everyone on something and on their phones not helpful at all never again.
I only give one star because I had to. They didn’t give me a receipt plus they didn’t give me my Cobb salad I paid almost 9 dollars for without a receipt they won’t do anything. Last time I went here I found hair and gum in my salad. I now it’s three strikes me you are out. But they are getting only to I will not go there again
Not a good experience due to rude woman working at the counter, she gave us the wrong order and basically refused to change it. It's not a clean location, out of ketchup and regular soda, only had diet soda. The hamburgers were way overcooked and dry. If you want a enjoyable dining experience, this isn't the place.
They had this promotion that guaranteed fresh hot fries, but I received burnt dry ends and skin on pieces of fries the last two times I've been through the drive through. I don't mind skin on fries, but these were sub par at best.
