Just went here with a friend for lunch and the food was warm and tasted fine, the restaurant was fine looking and overall not a bad experience. However, I bought the pretzel bun baconator, which is supposed to come with a good amount of bacon and is advertised as 2 Patty's and is not cheap at all. When I received my burger, it had very little bacon and only one patty. I asked for ranch and was given some, the drink was good, and the fries were fresh. If the burger wasn't the wrong size, it would have been a 5 star experience.
I give 1 star because I can’t give 0. First of all the guy from the drive thru was rude from second 1 asking me: what you want? I expect a little bit more manners when I’m buying from a restaurant. Then the girl from the window was rude as well and literally had her tabaco pack on her apron, that looks so bad and unprofessional. Then the food was horrible. The bread was hard and dry, like it was super old, and after a few bites I realized that there was a freaking insect inside of my bread (picture below). Horrible, will never come back.
Best fast food hamburger. It was fresh, hot, and put together nicely, not sloppy. It was a very tasty hamburger. Employees were fast and courteous, and they got the order right. I used the drive thru, and I was the fifth car in the line. From the time of entering the line and pulling out with my food, it was less than five minutes' time. The parking areas, outdoor eating area, and the perimeter of the restaurant were very clean and tidy. When I want a quick, hot burger at a convenient location, this is where I go.

Really enjoyed all the food the fries were so good nice hot and fresh fries only thing I was disappointed in was the frosty machine was already tore down a little before a hour before they closed and I really wanted a frosty
We came at 5:30 and it wasn't a long wait in dive through but the food and service were horrible. My husband specifically asked for a large size meal and it was never upgraded even though the girl asked him several times during ordering. The burgers were extremely overcooked. My pretzel bacon pub burger was dripping with cheese sauce to the point it was disgusting and the kids cheeseburger had pickles and a bunch of onion and mustard on it... Never has a kids burger had that stuff on it. The coke was flat and overall this was the worst experience I've ever had with a wendy's location. Never again.
My husband and I were in the drive through and the lady operating the drive through was so rude. She kept rushing us as we ordered and then she yelled for us to move forward to the first window. My husband and I just drove off. I am not obligated to spend my money at a restaurant that has rude customer service. We will not be back.
They are rude, saying it’s crazy in there right now. you should know what you’re doing its called fast food for a reason????
