I have been living in the area for years and never had a problem with the staff at this Wendy’s location up until a few weeks ago. I always seem to get the same young girl at the drive through and she always seems to be very impatient and just not polite. Not at all who should be doing customer service. The first couple of times I let it slide because it’s always sad to me when a person comes off this unhappy. Today actually a few minutes ago she was beside herself with her rudeness. All I asked is that our order be put in separate bags and she proceeded to say rudely that they don’t do that and I can go. What??? A male quickly got on and said he is going to talk to her but I doubt that will happen because he seemed amused. So now I will complain to corporate. This should not continue. Once is more than enough. Misery likes company but she can’t have mine. I wonder if anyone in charge from Wendy’s reads these reviews.
I love Wendy’s and I appreciate quick service on the drive thru but to me accuracy is more important. We pulled out and as we were leaving they left out an item . We went back and as we pulled back up to the window he said sorry we ew we forgot after you left . So we left again and still missing an item .
I ordered the spicy chicken nuggets by mistake. If you love spicy food this will be right up your alley.
Went through the drive thru and it was great. Fast and efficient. The food was hot and seemed freshly made.
Ordered and paid for a Dave's Double, but received a Baconator at the drive-thru window. Hey, I ain't complaining. Upgrade!
I tried to use the app to order for my whole family and it wasn't working. When I went to the Copiague location and read the app order off it bugged out and added a ton of food. Marina was amazing and helped me as I was very annoying I'm sure. Thanks to much Marina!
Always go to Wendy’s as my son loves there nuggets. Every time I go on drive thru the service is amazing. When I pay Apple Pay they always bring the pay computer closer to my window. Today around 2:40 I was at the drive thru, the heavy set girl working there was rude. When I asked if she could bring it closer she laughed like if something was funny. Must of been looking at her reflection in my glasses. Anyway I told grab the phone since u wanna be lazy. Next I asked for sauce she completely ignored me. I stayed at the window I said could I get sweet and sour sauce and gives me one sauce for 20 nuggets. Rolled her eyes the second time I asked for more sauce. If you don’t wanna be there don’t work there. From someone who goes to this Wendy’s often never had a problem. Everyone always greets and smiles she must be new or something but hopefully she ain’t on the window again and if she is hopefully she doesn’t give the wrong attitude to the wrong person.
What’s the point of me making a mobile order minutes ahead if you still have to wait for it.
