SERVICE HORRIBLE!! Food is disgusting! Sandwiches looked flat! 20 mins for a flat sandwich. WILL GASLIGHT YOU. COMICAL BACON! STOMPED SANDWICH. SHUT IT DOWN! STOMACH PROBLEMS!
Order the plain cheeseburger junior waited 5 minutes to get it for a long order Turned out it was a regular cheeseburger with everything took it back told them not what I ordered waited 15min still no food went back up was told they take care of drive thru first. Asked for refund took 2people to figure out how to do it meantime they brought up a suppose ably cheeseburger turned out plain hamburger strike no more Wendy's.
Food is good, prices are ok. Unfortunately this place just doesn't seem to understand that fast is supposed to be part of the fast food experience. Had to drive off again today there are just too many other options in the area I'm not going to sit there and wait an unknown amount of time. It's like this too many times in my experience.
Idk what is happening in there tonight but I mobile ordered at 715 for a 740 pick up and didn't get my food till 805. The manager didn't even acknowledge any of the 5 people in the lobby waiting. 4 of which walked out. I only stayed because my wife wanted wendys for her lunch break at work which she didn't get to eat fresh because her break ended at 810 and they dumped the fries and nuggets in the bag at 745. Waited another 20 min for the rest of the food so the burgers were fine but everything else was cold, stale and the service was terrible.
The manager is extremely did and disrespectful. I came inside to order and I asked her to give me a second and she walked off hissing sucking her teeth and rolled her eyes. At that moment another employee came and apologized for her and I asked Where's the manager that's when she said that was the manager who walked off. I believe the managers name was julyssa. Very unprofessional with her attitude and stickers all over her face. Way to go Wendy's
Cannot tell you how terrible this location is. They take 20 minutes to take your order. Multiple people will consistently leave the drive through. We won't be trying this place again. They consistently give a hard time about mobile orders. They never know what's going on. It seems the employees are purposely sabotaging this business. That's the only explanation for how abysmal this restaurant is.
I used to really enjoy getting Wendy’s salads…healthy, quick, and the chicken did not have a fake taste. First, I waited 30 minutes in line, and they were going to send me off without the frosty I ordered (had to get chocolate because they did not have vanilla). Also, the chicken has dramatically changed to maybe half a breast. The chicken was also so overcooked that it tasted like croutons. I’m still hungry bc there were no baked potatoes. I will be making salads at home this summer.
Had great service food was hot and quickly served. I was there right at lunch hour,and still had fast, friendly service.
