This is terrible. I ordered close to $58 dollars worth of food, and this is what I get. Also I don’t live in the area, so coming back would be an inconvenience as well. First off, I asked for a 50 piece spicy nugget. I got regular. I ordered 3 $5 meals. The meat was old, and it was one 4 piece short. I ordered a number 6 spicy chicken meal. Chicken was so old and dry, it should be against the law to serve that to anyone. Ordered a Dave double meal, meat is old. I also ordered a bacon double stack. Didn’t get that at all. I tried call to speak to a manager, no answer. It would be nice to be reimburse for everything. Then to top it off, they didn’t even give me my receipt. So how can I bring it back. If this message is received, and you would like to reimburse me for the terrible service and food given. You can kindly email me to let me know.
My order was complicated and I changed it 3 times (dealing with a car full of kids). The team in the drive through was very friendly and nailed my order and even did it very quickly. Great job! Thanks!
The worst food. I tried the son of baconator big mistake. First the drive thru attendant was horrible. Not a word until I said You're Welcome and then I heard Have a nice...as I was driving away. The best thing about the combo was the coke. I've given up on the Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger because they burn their burger. I'm done and deleting the app from my phone. Dave would not be happy....
My breakfast was hot and fresh. I really like the breakfast croissant egg & sausage sandwich. I think the sausage biscuit is very flavorful too. I had to wait for the order because they were making me a fresh egg but, it was worth it
Took a walk, stopped by, and ordered a Pretzel Baconator, I get home, Didn't get what I ordered, they didn't give me a receipt, so I could not go back and get the actual order.
Absolutely unacceptable.
You all need to stop serving people old funky food, this is absolutely horrible!!! I will be calling headquarters.
I don't know if it's because I arrived 20 mins before they closed or what but the food was WAY different than what I'm used to. 1 the food was VERY hot like they just made it for me yet it only took 2 mins tops from the time I ordered until the time I left. 2. The drive thru rep was very professional even after a long day. Smiled and all. Even the drive thru mic rep was extremely nice. Had me thinking something wasn't right lol. 3 they were very fast and didn't forget anything. I ordered 2 burgers, fried and a soda.
Old Food Served !!!!!!!
Ordered a blt crispy chicken sandwich, and a double stack sandwich both buns on each sandwich were hard as a rock, cold meat. Cold fries. Disgusting. I wish I could add a video, literally rock hard…..
