Worst wendys I've ever been to. 3:00p.m on a Sunday and sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and drove around the building to the windows and never found an employee. Manager must have been off today or something. Two teenage boys came out the back door when I was at the menu, looked at me and walked right by me and got in a car. That was the only people that could be seen inside the building at all.
First off I hate leaving bad reviews but when it's this bad I feel obligated to. Only customer in drive thru at 8 pm . To busy talking with each other to get the food out before it got cold. I'm the only one there and they couldn't remember to put sauce in my bag that I requested. COLD food SLOW service . INCOMPLETE Order.
This was meant for Wendys at Connector 3 in Dalton Ga..I go there alot. well I used to

I go there for breakfast sometimes and I like to go inside but they're never open the sign says 6:00 a.m. it was 8:52 this morning and they were still not open
only the drive-thru

Food was not great, they were out of CHEESE!! plus my large sweet tea was not sweet and mostly water!! Disappointed ????
Closes at 12am, I came at 10 pm and no response whatsoever. We could see them inside but they decided to let us wait in silence even after we said hello multiple times.
Definitely the worst Wendy's I have ever been to. I ordered the most expensive meal on the menu and got a piece of meat a piece of cheese and a bun for $13. The lady was not even apologetic. Saying you're sorry goes a long way lady. Never again will I return to this location and I advise others do not go here either
This location is more then six months old. Staff is friendly and fast. Food is fresh and good. My only issue is their rewards are never working. I pass two other locations on my home from work. This location is the more close to home but the fact rewards has only worked once really sucks. I feel cheated cause I never get the points or rewards for my bigger family orders. Still, if you are not a rewards fan then location is really good!
Love the taco salad (comes with a bowl of chili) and apple pecan grilled chicken salad!
