25 minutes to get breakfast inside last Saturday. 20 minutes for lunch today in drive up. Nobody in there moves at more than 1/2 normal and a few can barely move. Don’t go if you have to be anywhere.
The service was fast. They got our order right and added extra food. The employees were nice. The restrooms were clean.
I ordered the pretzel bacon and forgot to ask for no sauce (ketchup and manaysios), and I took it back and said that I made the mistake of not asking for any sauce. They said no problem and made me another sandwich. I was so relieved because I was really looking forward to that pretzel bacon burger.
I hate this!!!!!!! I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and they gave me regular chicken nuggets like who messes up an order that bad!!! Their service to me was extremely rude and was very rude in person all I wanted was my spicy chicken nuggets and they just had to mess it up!!!! And I didn’t realize this till I got home, this absolutely ruined my whole night, thanks Wendy’s!

I did not dine in, so I can not say about the atmosphere. I am always pleased with the food, service, and prices. I have lived here for almost 3 years. They are one fast food place that does not screw up my orders. So they all deserve a hoorah.
