One of the worst Wendy's customer service in the area. The automated "server" never works. When you finally get someone to help they are rude and speak so quickly you are unsure of what they say. When you then get your food it is cold. This has happened multiple times. Won't be coming back. Definitely go to the McDonald's down the street though, the are kind and effeicient!
The ladies in the drive thru were making weird faces and goofing around. I said thank you when my order was handed to me and she was quick to close the window, no biggie. Got home and my nuggets weren't fresh and tasted as if they had been sitting out for awhile and they forgot my sauce. The burger was dry and also tasted old. The lettuce was stringy when I bit into the burger. I ate about half of it. Really is a hit or miss.
The most disgusting cheeseburger I have ever seen come out of a fast food place. Like another reviewer stated they are serving old dried out cold cheeseburgers. Gonna make a complaint with Wendy's Corporate because serving old food when your slogan is fresh never frozen is absurd.
I frequent this location since it’s close to my job, but I’ll be considering taking my business elsewhere. The AI kept telling me a product was discontinued when it was on the board. Then after a worker helped me and told me to pull around, the same gentlemen that is always working the first window didn’t even say a word to me. He just put his hand out the window, took my payment, and gave me my change. I get it, we all have bad days or don’t feel like talking sometimes but if you’re the first real face that customers see coming through your drive thru you would think they’d have someone there to provide a more memorable experience that would entice customers to come back. Unfortunately, this isn’t a one off because he’s usually always the one working that first window when I visit during the lunch hour. Then I pulled to the next window and started to tell the young lady about the AI struggling today in hopes that she might bubble it up to a manager, and she still may, but she just laughed it off and went back to talking to her coworker. They’ve got to do better in many aspects or they’ll continue to lose customers to the many other surrounding fast food options.
I recently visited Wendy’s in Upper Arlington, and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The location boasts a clean and inviting atmosphere, with a welcoming ambiance upon entry.
The staff was notably friendly and efficient, ensuring a swift ordering process. The service was prompt, and my order was accurately prepared. The food quality was impressive—freshly made and delicious, maintaining Wendy’s standard of tasty burgers and sides.
Moreover, the dining area was well-maintained throughout my visit, providing a comfortable environment to enjoy the meal. The location's accessibility and parking convenience were also a plus.
Overall, my visit to Wendy’s in Upper Arlington was delightful, offering great food, excellent service, and a comfortable setting. I would definitely recommend it to anyone in the area looking for a satisfying fast-food dining experience.
They went to automated drive thru easiest way to lose by business. Computers are not service. They are was to replace employees and make corpate profits higher. You didnt see a price reduction since they no longer have an employee for that. All you see is one less job that someone needs replaced by ai. A starving family that doesnt have an oppurtunity.
This Wendy's has its pros and cons. For instance, this Wendy's consistently has better fries than other locations I've been to. There have been times when the service wasn't great, but you win some, you lose some.
I came here on Sunday, April 16 around 1:00 PM and the customer service was absolutely horrible. When I pulled up to the window every single employee in there was joking around throwing cups at each other and not really paying attention they were throwing cups at each other & someone who looked like she had a manager shirt on, was putting a food bucket on top of her head and joking around mind you they left the window completely open so I could hear everything and they continued to just blatantly play around as I’m sitting there waiting for a long time for my food… I honestly wanted to pull off because if you’re putting a food bucket on top of your head, what else are you doing around peoples food? & she looked straight at me and still continued to keep the food bucket on top of her head like what do you guys have going on in that place? My food was horrendous couldn’t even eat it. My order was wrong. My fries were so old and burnt I couldn’t even eat them I mean this is absolutely ridiculous. Maybe focus on your customers more than playing around with each other or get a whole new staff.
