DO NOT GO TO WENDY'S!!! This is the 2nd time I have been here. Ordered a frosty and got an orange frosty and was informed at the window that they only have orange. Food was not hot and the patties clearly had been waiting for me for some time. Employees seemed nice enough. This seems to be the type of experience you can expect from Wendy's
Went into this Wendy's after a long day at work, just wanted a quick burger. I was the only one in there. Nobody ever came to the cash register. Workers were on the phone. There were no manager there. Finally after 25 minutes someone Finally told me they didn't have the code to the register. Sad place.
Order is always wrong at this location, or they always seem to forget items. Went for dinner tonight for myself and my roommates in hopes for a different outcome, Nope that didn’t happen. Fries looked and tasted like they were from lunch time. Missing nuggets and the burgers….. since when did fast food serve uncooked beef? First bite didn’t notice it, second bite got a weird taste in my mouth and looked down, that was it for me. Money went right into the trash.
Literally will forever say this location and the employees are complete trash. I always try again every few months to see changed but nope...Never have basic things, always giving nasty attitudes, always goofing off. Order is never right or missing things.
Like honestly just close it down ???? or find new people cause phew it's a HARD no for me lmaoo
This Wendy's is nasty and the people are rude especially their Manager, She says I don't have to give my name over the phone, I'm like wth, I'm just going to tell you I ha e a complaint. But no worries I will be calling Wendy's 800 number. I guess you already know how scrappy your restaurant is on this evening.
I always come here cause my husband works the grill.. It's almost like if you want your food to look like the picture you need to have a inside guy.. LoL. I always get a taco salad or spicy chicken sandwich. My hubby always get a double and our kids really just come for the frosty. Come here for perfect tasting food, nice people and a great view.
Burgers are cold straight out the drive thru window. I suspect the staff makes a couple patties and sets them aside to throw together when people pull up. Employees visibly hate working there. The menu is always out of stock
Poor customer service . They always so rude at this location. Nasty attitudes . They need to be trained on how to talk customers i spend too much money here everytime i order food !
