It's about what you'd expect from a Wendy's, however this location, regardless of time of day, has some fresh hot burgers to order. I've just about burned myself each time I take a bite from a burger here after going anywhere else because I'm accustomed to the routine of having somewhat room temp patties in my meals from other similar fast food locations.
Service is standard but quick so nothing to complain about. Overall, this is a great location regardless of the mealtime you're looking to catch a quick bite.
Got the #8 this should have like thin chips on it. Sad looking situation. One flat piece of lettuce hiding. Ordered at 7pm. 10 dollar disappointment.
Came in at around 5:00 PM and threw a large order at them. Guy working the drive through was cracking jokes with us and was incredibly nice. They were all patient, excellent customer service, they were quick. No errors in the order, which you don't often see with larger orders at fast food... I think people who work fast food jobs don't get told "thank you" enough. So, thank you! We appreciated you and the great customer service!
The fries were salty and gross. The guy at the window was rude. When I called to let them know the girl on the phone said that's how that person is and we will replace the fries if you have the receipt. Of course he didn't give me the receipt. Maybe treat customers better?
The girl on the phone said, there are other Wendy's you can go to when I said experiences like that make me not want to return.
I won't be back and the fries were so salty my kids didn't eat it. What a waste of $22.
The drive thru person this morning was very rude!!! Because it was 9am and the only thing open was the Drive thru. When I got up 2 the window the person taking my money was rude and said we didn't have enough people To open the doors. Is that my problem No. I asked for silverware and ketchup for my food he was very rude and called me a baby. Will not do business with them again. My potatoes were cold. Very unprofessional
Always order from my car at the drive through. Salads are very good. They have baked potatoes! And lemonade. Chicken nuggets are the best. Jr Cheeseburger is my favorite, always with extra onions. $5 and $6 Biggy Bags is a great deal. The free Frosty deal is awesome. The people at the pickup window are extra nice, and fast too.
I've been sleeping on Wendy's too long. Their breakfast sandwiches are delicious, priced right too. The service at this location has always been top notch when I drive through.
The Tulalip Wendy's is the BEST. I'm a senior and they offer a free drink to seniors (my favorite perk) I mostly use the drive thru and my order has never been wrong. The biggie bags rock! It's the only place I can go on a budget with my grandchildren.
I purchased the $3 frosty for a year tag so we always get a free dessert.
The manager is so nice. He often works the window and greets people with a smile.
I know it is a good place to work because the employees are always smiling and friendly. There is always laughter in the background.
