This is your typical Wendy's fast-food restaurant.
I really enjoy the large shade trees on the south side of the parking lot.
It is a great place to park in the shade and enjoy the lunch you just bought in their drive thru.
If you have seen any of my fast food reviews, then you know that Wendy's is my favorite when I need a quick bite.
The burgers are always perfect!
They recently had fish on the menu. It was good, but I'm a burger girl at the end of the day.
I love Wendy's but when we didnt receive our potaoes and the french toast sticks we did receive for my granddaughter were raw and mushy in the centers, we tried to get a resolution with them through the drive-through. I wasn't asking much. I asked for a replacement. When the girl at the window asked the "manager" she rudely said no and walked away. The girl in the drive-through didn't know what to say. Honestly, even an apology would have been nice but that was too much to hope for. This woman is rude, doesn't know how to manage her restaurant, and gives zero F's about the customers who are paying her hourly wage. So disappointed.
I ordered on the app too drive thru pick up..Boy OBoy this location is Superbusy. My pretzel burger was hot (special ordered no ketchup) fries not good. Cinnamon pullaparts were hot ???? ???? ????..They are definitely trying I checked my order at the window upon receipt like everyone does..Give these fast food workers a break THEY ARE BUSY LONG LINE PULLING UP LONG LINE WHEN LEAVING
I never leave reviews; with that being said, here goes: Got three orders; first two were right and the last wasn’t even put in the bag. Had to pull into the drive through and waited for 20+ minutes to inform them my order was wrong. They put my “order” in the bag, and I drove home to pull out my assumed baconator, and it was a chicken sandwich. I don’t feel like driving all the way back and had to throw the sandwich away because it wasn’t what I wanted and quite frankly it was gross. Pretty upset, especially at the fact that I paid for my order and it went wrong twice. Very annoying.
Not enough help, no organization to the orders I waited 35mins. For my order they kept helping other people who order after me . The guy behind the counter was asking the customers who was next and everybody kept saying me and yeah they had no organization and then they had no clue how to tell what orders came in first nothing horrible horrible wait time and the two girls that were doing the drive-thru were doing nothing to help out everybody inside trying to take care of all the orders coming in they just stood there walking back and forth from the window to the counter where the drinks were and that was it did nothing to see if anybody needed help this is all after like 5:00 p.m. so the day crew seems to do okay it's the night crew that needs work
Took them 3 trys to get my order right... then they took my bag back and put the onions i ordered on the burgers and gave them back to me. Im sorry. That was it. These people dont take care of you like other places will. If i need fast or good customer service, there are better places evidently. Then they gave me a sliver of an onion so big it barely fits on the burger. Their burgers are smaller... In my opinion it isn't worth it.
Drive through works one car at a time. Meaning, they will take one cars order, pull them forward and not take another order until that car has gone & paid. Then, after all that, you’ll get home to have random items missing. Every time. I hate rummaging through the bag, all the food gets cold when you take it all out to ensure they did their job. They never do it right, and I’m always upset when I come here. It’s too bad, I love the good, but cannot afford to pay for food I’m not given.
