I went with my family buy some Wendy's. Well it ended up being a pretty terrible outcome. We went through drive in the guy who spoke to us didn't speak clear. We asked for sauce he didn't give us any we used a coupon later we checked the receipt he didn't apply it. It was $2 off salad discount. The host was Lazaro and the cashier Jeremy. Next time I won't be coming here if this is how I'm being treated.
I go here for the biscuit and gravy but the gravy is loaded loadedddd in so much sausage that it's basically sausage in gravy flavor. I sometimes have to ask for them to please give me less sausage and I have to pay for extra gravy to feel the gravy dipped biscuits and still this is me paying for more gravy! Bacon is extra hard sometimes the food is great and others it's a total disappointment.
First of all the workers there do not do their work. I went to order and this cashier named Angel wasn't paying attention even though I was right infront of him. He was on his phone the whole time, not doing his job! I asked him to call the manager and when the manager came, he did not care for my concerns and let the employee off the hook. The employees in this workplace do NOT how to do their job. The place was messy and dirty no one was cleaning, and when i finally got my food, it came cold. If you go to this wendys watch out for these employees they dont do their work!!
My girlfriend had the traumatic experience of finding multiple roach pieces in her cheese baked potato. This is unacceptable and disgusting. Avoid this location at all cost!
Workers very rude, zero people skills. Need to train employees better. How can they joke around and talk amongst themselves and neglect customers.
My expectation of a restaurant is hot, fresh food. I believe we've all worked in a fast restaurant at one time, but ppl now in day dont care they give you anything just to move you out of the window so you won't mess up the drive thru timer.I ordered two meals I recieved cold fries and cold burgers. And don't try to call they won't answer. if you buy at this Wendy. Make sure to look at your food before leaving.i was not going to waste my time nor gas to go back. So I will just leave my 1 star review because it's the lowest I can put here. Hope management will see and train correctly.
Good service, clean and good quality but need to put attention to the bath rooms they smell bad
Just had an experience where the cashier seemed like they took a picture of my credit card. I went to pay for my order, the person took out their phone while holding my card and snapped a picture thinking I wouldn't notice. Not going to mention any names unless I have to. Won't be going back there.
