Re review, lady at the window is kind and polite ordered the number seven food was hot and fresh!
This place has fresh food i know that because ive been coming her for years. Theres about 1 instance total of a bad food expireance but it was because they were out of something that should be included in a salad. Today i had the breakfeast number 7 and it was fresh and cant complain.
Food was cold! Requested sauces that I didn’t receive. No nuggets for the biggie bag I ordered. I’ve worked in food service myself for a few years, and understand the pressure. But come on, it’s not that hard to double check the order before handing it out. Crazy I can’t even DoorDash or Uber Eats a meal without something missing, absolutely ridiculous!
Ordered 3 JBC biggie bags and received Chicken sandwiches.
This has happened before they never give you the frostiest and they screw up the orders 1 out of every 4 times.
Close by work, order off app all the time and food is always ready when I pull up

I am heartbroken. Xavier, the young man who took my order, i ponder how you sleep at night. This man spit directly at me and told me that quote “my snatch was all dried up”. My heart left my body, i had to be rushed to the ER. Not impressed. Not even the baconator (which was dry like my supposed snatch) could cure the TRAUMA i experienced here today. I went back to complain to the head of the store and was just laughed at by the obviously pregnant janitor, good for her. I want a full refund or there will be consequences. Thank you -K
THE APP SUCKS. Whenever i try to order with an offer there is a 403 error. When its finally working again and I add an offer to my basket and if i take too long to place the order the offer disappears and says i used it already.
This used to be the best store about seven years ago. Now it's the worst. It doesn't even show up in the app for ordering. They could never scan the app in store either. They mix their regular and decaf coffee together right in front of your eyes. They don't care about service at all. The manager is mean to everybody, customers and the workers. She's got no respect for anybody. We ordered one spicy chicken and one regular chicken sandwich combos tonight. First we had to figure out which was which. Big, beautiful piece of chicken in the regular sandwich, but a flat, overcooked piece of balsa wood for the spicy chicken. It's just shameful!.
Ordered ghost pepper fries and they didn’t bother to close the lid correctly. Left it on top of my new truck seats. Wonderful. Thanks.
