$12 for brown lettuce and soggy chicken. They offered a replacement but I don’t want to drive back for another disappointing sandwich. Save your money and time and order Togo from small businesses in the area.
Drive thru order was not fulfilled properly. Drive back 15 minutes, was greeted at the inside counter by a young lady in dreadlocks and her greeting was hi but only after 5 seconds of awkwardness of staring at each other. Received my chili and she did say sorry but it was half hearted.
Not recommended.
Food was ok as expected.
The staff were doing the best they could for being understaffed and busy.
The store did not have enough people to clean the dining area. NOT thier fault if management can't hire enough people. Which is a widespread problem across the country.
Fries were not completely cooked and burger was cold. The older lady at counter is rude and always mutters something about how u order your food. She yells at you when she can't hear you or doesn't understand what you mean. This is the third time I have been in this location and I have not had a good ex yet.
Multiple employees (mostly the younger ones) have been so full of attitude that I don't plan on going back. They literally couldn't act more inconvenienced and rude. Last time I ordered a wrap it was mostly just tortilla with almost nothing in it. That is horrible considering the prices. They also short you on straws and act upset if you go back and ask for one. I don't expect much of anything when it comes to customer service, but at least don't be mean for no reason.
The food was good, however I ordered a sour cream and chive baked potato. I received a baked potato with chives, no butter and no sour cream. This is the 3rd time I've ordered this and the 3rd time sour cream wasn't included in my order.
Had to wait for Interlochen workers to get back in the building to Serve the food we ordered. minus −1 fry and all straws. The worker didn't want to give me either of them and gave me a bunch of attitude. Should have better service for the price!!
We stopped after work, late night, as we were wanting a salad and Frosty! Yum! They have a new Creamsicle flavor! Tastes just like our childhood treat of days gone by! Sure do hope they keep this flavor! Even put our chicken on the side from oyr chicken parm salad! Right on @ the drive-thru!!!
