Hot fries! Crisp lettuce on our Dave's Double, gooey melted cheese...a good burger! No wait! Went in, placed order, went to wash hands , and when I returned my hot order was ready! Great staff. Very friendly and helpful! Apologized for making me wait even though I didn't consider it a wait. Will definitely be back!
The cashier Embriana as a very nasty attitude and she is a liar. She accuses customers of being disrespectful towards her after she snaps at them for minor things. She really shouldn't work with customers. The manager is very polite.
Food is typically good, IF your order is correct, the service and attitude of the workers is the worst.
In the drive-through they often hold you at the payment window so it doesn't mess up their timer, but then they don't even communicate with each other for everyone to know someone's waiting for an order, but they are at the payment window because they were told to wait.
They hold you at the payment window even when they're not even busy.
God forbid you accidentally order pickup, they'll tell you at the speaker to just pull up. And then they'll make you come around inside And then when you come inside It won't be at the counter. It will be at the drive-thru window apparently...
Coordination of the employees and just downright service of the employees is useless. They need better management.
If it was my choice I wouldn't come back here again but unfortunately the girlfriend wants Wendy's. Again, the food is typically good. But Jesus Christ, the coordination team members and the service and everything about it. Again. All new management. Everybody needs to be retrained. This is ridiculous.
Very friendly and very quick service! Their iced coffees and milk shakes are always fantastic. I don't know why these places in Sandersville have such low reviews.
Waited 15 mins at counter..dirty place.. mostly set up for drive thru...some of the staff was very helpful..but not all staff
This is my favorite "go-to" Wendy's. The food is always good, hot and fresh. More importantly, the fries are always hot.
This last visit wasn't as joyful as usual due to the counter person being almost rude. When I would ask a question, the answers were all non-verbal. It was like I was inconveniencing her.
Always clean. The staff are nice...most of the time. When they are short staffed or running behind, they will hold you up at the payment window.Food is always hot but the chicken nuggets taste funny...sour. we stopped eating them.
The people there were nice. I arrived a little early but had to wait for lunch but that was ok. Fries were nice and hot but didn't care for them. Didn't care for the annoying little kids that kept coming up to me to buy donuts. Guess the little ones got the hint because they moved on.
