Drive thru order #3271. Two Dave’s singles with cheese no tomato and no sauces and one classic chicken, no tomato, no sauce. Just the sandwiches, not a combo. She said ‘So plain?’, she didn’t seem to hear me so I spoke louder and repeated, she kept saying ’So plain?’, I said I don’t know what you mean by plain but I want everything they come with except the tomatoes and the sauce on those sandwiches. I paid, got my order and it’s not what I asked for. Burgers come with lettuce, onions and pickles. I repeatedly said everything except tomatoes and sauce. I had to repeat myself several times. (Tomato is a nightshade, ketchup has nightshade in it and I’m intolerant, I don’t explain this.) My burgers were burger and bun. Why is it so hard to get good customer service? I was polite. I wasn’t mean or giving her any attitude. Sometimes it seems like only the people who make a fuss and get irate actually get decent service. I know it’s stressful work as I worked in the service industry for years and some people are really difficult so I always try to be extremely patient and accommodating. It’s nice when it’s reciprocal. It’s not so difficult to make a few changes to an average order.
When you thought things couldn’t get any worse ? Then we go to Wendy’s on Saxon blvd . In Deltona They just don’t care or take pride in their jobs . And the manager (AKA megan ) especially her . We called to talk to the manager ( Megan and explained to her we ordered a chicken wrap with no ranch and no cheese . And two chilies 1 small 1 large . Well needless to say both chili’s had all broth and beans no meat ? And the chicken wrap was supposed to have no cheese or ranch . We get it home and guess what there’s cheese and ranch and I always thought Wendy’s chili had ground beef in it and was not vegetarian . I did call to talk to Megan and unfortunately not the brightest bulb in the box . Told her our situation with the chilies with no meat and sincerely did not care . She said they scoop it out and whatever you get you get if there’s no meat well that’s what you get . I will never go there again and make sure my family and friends do not go there as well .
IT'S Wendy's!!! I don't expect much from them as a fast food establishment off of a busy highway. It was a quick stop for a bite to eat on my way home. It was late, and we went through the drive-through. However, my food was warm, and the fries were cold. They forgot to give us our drinks, so we had to turn back around and drive back, hoping they would remember us and our order. The young lady at the window was nice and did remember us. She had the drinks at the window, but now the drinks were watery because they sat for a bit until we returned for them. I would have thought they'd give us fresh drinks, but it's Wendy's!!
This is a good Wendy's to stop for a quick bite to eat. We used the app to order ahead, which made The time in the drivthru quick and pleasant. As a fast food chain, we understand mistakes will be made with that said pickles were added when we asked for no pickles same with onions on the other burger. Food was hott and the fries were salted just right. Even with the order hiccups the food was delicious hot, Service was good and we will be going back for more bacony goodness.
The most disgusting and disturbing Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. Save your money for somewhere that’s worth it. I gave this place 2 chances thinking first visit was just my bad luck and someone having a bad day (which should be no excuse in this industry but anyways).
The food is not fresh even when I specifically asked for it to be freshly made since my first order literally went to trash. Then when I walk in to mention that I didn’t mind waiting and would like my food to be fresh as I mentioned, I get the dirtiest looks and attitude, received talk back even from the shift manager. As I remain calm I proceed to say “ there is no reason to go back and forth, I would like my food fresh as I specifically asked for it” which is mind blowing to me that I’m having this conversation to begin with.
They have the audacity to talk back and argue with a customer with an attitude. Every single person including the shift manager is so rude. Go figure, if the management is so unprofessional and poor how can we expect the employees to be any different. It’s really comical and this place is a joke. Idk how it is still open to be honest.
I just started using the app because I always use it at McDonalds and save money. This location is not properly trained with the app and while I verbally said I had a coupon for the 2/4$ jr bacon cheese burger with small fries, I assumed they put the coupon in because they didn’t ask me for a code. Here comes the manager wearing the ugliest striped shirt that don’t match with the brand or restaurant telling me it’s my fault I didn’t say nothing. She lucky I didn’t spit in her face. Nasty attitude. If you don’t like your job leave. I should have been compensated with a cookie or small fry. Something because I didn’t get the deal I aimed to get. I ended up spending more money. Talking about she can’t do nothing. My a$$.
I didn't ask for RAW DAVE'S double combo. You have one job,cook the meat. I do love the Keychain frosties. The service is fine they do work hard. They get busy. Overall one mistake doesn't mean it's bad. I still come here.
I just ordered 5 5$ biggie bags the consumer service number is down the manager says I bagged the order myself and would not fix the issue even though I brought everything back in. Pictures just sandwiches and fries no nuggets got my honey mustard though. .. she was so rude 6/29/23 3:20 pm
