I used to not have any issues at this location but the last two times I have placed mobile orders and they made mistakes on both orders. Also, on this last order the fries where clearly old. We usually love Wendy's fries but they were inedible this time. These were disgusting, they were hard, extra dry and stale! I do not think we will be going back anytime soon. It is just not worth the issues when our orders are so simple. Our orders are simply two Burger, two fries and one drink.
The service was great & the food was very fresh. I don't like fries & decided to order the new queso fries. I'm so glad I did. They were amazing & will go back just to have them
I worked at wendys for 2 years and let say , the location I worked at the quality of good I received would have not been acceptable... So I got here around 2145 so there is still time before closing with me being the only person here that I would've received everything fresh but it was surely a disappointment....
Clean place, Very friendly staff , fast service.
Gave this location several chances but they never get my order right. Once they handed me an empty bag and had a dumb look on their face when I went in store to complain. Food is mediocre at best and fries are always soggy.
Customer service was no where to be found.The absolute worst Serv of my life and missing half my order. Completely rude and disrespectful with the worst attitude towards the customers. The food was hard crusty and gross

Food was spoiled when I bought it. They should be taken to court for such disgusting food. Salad had black spots on it and never can be fresh of today. Must have been laying for several days. If I was the owner I would sent the staff and manger home. This is dangerous.
It would be great places but it’s like when the day time manger leaves everything comes out old and unfresh. Terrible job
