The workers are always friendly and approachable (and usually pretty fashionable too)! I'm always impressed at how fast it is to get through the drive-thru, and I've never had a wrong order at this location. Jessica and Salinda recognized me today and remembered my order. Very thankful for this Wendy's!
Did a mobile order and picked up at drive thru. No one in drive thru and they tell me to drive around the corner and wait for my food. Then they bring my food out and I head home. At home I realize I'm missing my baked potato and had 3 meals that we asked for BBQ sauce for the Nuggets and we got no barbecue sauce. Also no spoons for the frostys. Very poor service.
The guy in the drive thru didn't do his job well, i paid $17+ for my order. trusting him, that he is doing his job well. Unfortunately he is not my order is missing one burger. He likes to play with his co workers while his doing his job.
Had recently just ordered through the app, pulled up to the window and the employee at the window made us pull up to the white line. We waited for our food, a girl brought out our food. We kindly mentioned that there were a couple items missing so she had to go back in and grab it. While we waited on that.. we noticed that we were missing one more item and as bad as we felt to tell her because we did not want her to go back and forth it was dressing for the salad (no one likes a dry salad) so, when she came back we told her “so sorry, but we’re missing the dressing” she proceeds to say “it should be in the packet” we told her it’s not in there and the employee responds “are you sure” like if we were lying.. every-time we come here there’s always an issue with the service or always something missing. I don’t think you should proceed to question the customer when they say something is missing. The service here lacks quality and even though it's fast food people should be treated kindly especially when we reacted kindly to the employee.
I went to the restaurant to order. They said I had to use the self checkout, the machine is old can't accept tap.
I went to talk in the counter, he confirmed the only one that can accept tap is the one in the counter. But even with 5 employees looking at me. He look at me and said: I have nobody to charge you. I can't sell nothing right now with tap. Really? Very disrespectful!!!
Was asked to pull forward while I waited for my food immediately after paying the cashier, I ignored the request because while I drove past the windows the restaurant was completely empty which makes sense because its "late in the evening" after ignoring the request the cashier asked me a second time to pull forward. I informed the cashier that I would not until I received my food. Was informed that they had other orders....Like guy I'm the only customer here and nobody is behind me in the drive through I can see in my rear-view mirror AND your dine in section is empty. I was very polite about it, but upon the refusal to pull forward, the chaos erupted inside the Wendys kitchen, because now they actually had to work according to their company policy because they cannot push a button and say on the computer, I received my food! When I didn't, so now the clock actually matters and they cannot make my food at their leizure, employees were yelling at other employees to and Qoute "PUT THE SANDWHICH IN THE BAG, PUT THE SANDWHICH IN THE BAG, GET OFF YOUR PHONE AND STOP LOOKING CUTE AND FLIRTING WITH YOUR STREAM!!!! PUT THE SANDWHICH IN THE BAG!!!! As other employees chimed in and began yelling and stressing one male employee could be heard yelling "YOU GOT ME ON FOUR STATIONS!" Not only do they clearly seem poorly trained or are being poorly managed, perhaps both, both drinks were the same instead of being the correct flavors as I ordered 1x Coke and 1x Dr Pepper, one of the sandwiches was missing bacon and I paid for a meal combo that costs extra to have "the bacon"!!. I choose not to drive back because why would I??? This location cannot properly do their jobs to make 2x combo meals for literally 1# car in their drive through. Food left a lot to be desired, however it doesn't matter too much as I won't be returning.
Usually the management ive seen there is amazing but tonight there was different management who couldn't even switch a small soda for a large..on the app, it gives you the option to pick small, med, or LG.... I picked small on accident and she acted like switching to large was going to bankrupt the restaurant... I work in management, and thus is not how you help the guests. Soda is so cheap...but this is not the way.. the morning management is great
I don't mind eating here as long as I show up before the lunch rush. They rarely get my order wrong. The dining room is cleaned. But if there's a rush service tends to slow down considerably
