Checked the Super Bowl burger deals. Enjoyed it. The staff were excellent. Took care and made sure my order was accurate. It took the app to get the deal and you can only get one of the offers at a time. I enjoyed the burgers. Reminded me of the days when my older sister took us out to lunch. Try it.
Been here on 3 separate occasions and they messed up the order all 3 times. We are done. I honestly believe the collective IQ working at night is peaking at about 30. Just from the drive through order conversation, you know they are slow. I even repeated my order 3 times because I somehow just knew. This time even food was bad, patties were all dried out, fries were cold and there was a line. No excuses. Nasty.
They put a whole piece of crispy chicken in my salad and said they didn’t have the tools to chop up the chicken. The salad had barely any toppings it was mostly lettuce and a large piece of uncut chicken breast. The service was overall unpleasant and I asked for a refund cause I just didn’t want the food anymore l and was told that they don’t offer refunds?? You have the food, and I still have to pay for it?? Don’t come here.
I went to Wendy’s for the first time in a few years. Usually they’re not my taste but I got a free Frosty from a T-Mobile promotion and it was delicious ???? I was also pleasantly surprised by how upscale and modern the interior of the restaurant looked. I’ll be coming back for sure.

They literally got every single thing wrong on my order after making us wait for at least 15+ minutes (we were the only ones in line) there was no one else at the drive thru nor the lobby. I ordered 4 different meals. Not the first time my order was wrong and did I mention, I ordered through the app specifically so we could not only have our order ready in a reasonable manner (especially with no other customers in site) but also so we could have the CORRECT ORDER! This has happened several times now smh
Won't be going back to this wendys. No indication that they were closed. Waited in drive through to only find out no one is taking orders. I go to the window and watch 2 employees dancing and laughing in the kitchen. I knock at the window and they tell me they are closed due to short staff. I pull forward looking through in the dining area. 3 more employees sitting there talking and playing on their phones.
They then all came outside of the restaurant and were just standing around. Don't know what was going on but this location needs help
We usually go through the drive trough. We order the same exact thing 4-5 times a week. We were using the drive-through because when we were inside, the dining room has had dirty tables or finished food left on tables. 3 out of the 5 visits a week, we have to go inside after checking our food & finding that 1 to all 3 of our sandwiches have been made wrong. It BTW isn't a complicated order. 2 plain bacon double cheese burgers & 1 baconator Jr with no ketchup. I'm allergic to tomatoes ????. Meaning the fact they are obviously not concerned with how they do their jobs could land people like myself in a hospital. It is obvious that the mangers are more concerned with being friends with their employees than making the employees do their jobs. Because while they are making orders wrong, when you come in, they are all laughing & joking & have a good ol' time. While the whole time taking up our time by us having to go inside & wait for them to remake the order while a part of the order gets cold. We have started to drive miles out of our now just to not go to this Wendy's. All the incidents have been after 4 pm, so there are no problems with the morning shift ever, but wow, the night shift is losing faithful customers. Most times these days, we skip Wendy's all together & go to a different place where we can go inside to eat & not be searching for a clean table, or go through the drive through & have our order be right so it can all be eat hot & together. With the economy being what it is, I am sure there are plenty of people that would love to have their jobs. People that would respect the very basic standards of a food establishment. Maybe perhaps it's a management's inability to not only hire the right type of personality for the jobs. Or maybe it's the manager's inability to properly train or enforce basic rules. This is super disappointing, cause quite frankly. A baconator is my go to.
