This particular location is located in a Pilot truck stop I was here for breakfast also for lunch enjoy the friendly staff and the one staff member must have had OCD because the place was spotless food was delicious thanks guys
Co workers yelling at other coworkers, so many people on shift and they can't handle 3 orders, mobil order had to get drinks myself, just blue tape lables on most the drink fountains, very unprofessional, no salt on fries, ranches are not put in a cooler so wont be using those which is disappointing... idk maybe just wrong crew today. Atleast the place looked rather nice. Not the worst Wendy's I been to but definitely could use some improvements. Employees should never yell across a counter no less to get another employees attention.
Food flavor was good but service was not! Got our drinks wrong and there was nothing special about them, 3 dr pepper and 1 diet, but didn't got the diet one, like, come on!!! Stupid mistake for being rushed at taking the orders
Was the only one in the restaurant. Employee left kitchen area and was showing off Bluetooth speaker until somebody reminded them there was an order. Took about 10 min for a simple breakfast combo. No breakfast potatoes (understandable) but the substituted fries were cold
Bunch of idiots working here. Just went to drive thru to order. Sat there for at least 5 mins before I went inside and asked if they were taking drive thru orders. I had said hello to the speaker multiple times. When I walked in and seen 6 people working and Noone noticed I realized hoew good ARBYS looked right across the road. Had my order and meal in less than 2 mins!
Stopped in for gas and a quick lunch, the people were friendly, happy to be there and the food came fast, the restaurant was clean,
I'm writing this from the drive thru. We've been sitting here for twenty minutes. I'm usually fine with something taking longer but when I go inside to see what's going on and they are just starting to build my breakfast sandwich, after I've been sitting here for 20 minutes, that's not cool. Actually I don't even know that it was mine. It is now 10:43 am. Going in to get a refund and go elsewhere.
Food was cold, even though we waited nearly ten minutes for "made fresh to order" food.
