I ordered food for my family of 4 on the app to pick up inside at the Pittsburgh PA Freeport road (waterworks) location. We had a few things wrong with our order, one of which was my fault because of issues with the app. The woman at the desk who helped me, I believe her name was Amanda, was amazing. She went above & beyond expectations. Thanks to her I had an excellent experience. We need more people like her in customer service. This could’ve easily been a much different review. Thank you for your kindness & patience, Amanda.
Don’t usually post photos but this salad was gross! This was obviously yesterdays or two days ago salad that they gave me. The chicken smelled and the lettuce was all wilted and gross. They obviously saw the salad because the chicken was heated and they added cheese to it so someone should have known not to give this to a paying customer. I will never drive away trusting they quality of food they have provided.
It truly must depend on whose working bc I've had both good and bad experiences from this particular Wendy's. I went there twice in 2 days and one was very bad amd once was just fine. I'll be showing the pictures of a Baconator I bought from there just 2 days ago!
Great Keto burger at Wendy's!! Could of used a bigger lettuce leaf for the top bun but I managed... ????
Wasn't open inside at 6pm, when we asked they said there weren't enough employees to run the inside. We were the only people in the drive-thru and there were at least 8 people inside standing around the window appearing to be twiddling their thumbs. The staff wasn't very friendly I'll be avoiding this Wendy's in the future.
I’ve been coming to this wendys for years and received the best service this evening.. the older gentleman working the drive thru was very nice and you could tell he really cares about what he does! Great service
Came In for breakfast this morning. Had an extremely old piece of
Sausage that caused me to vomit for 2 hours. My entire breakfast tasted old. Not a fan
why do y'all pretend to be closed just cause u don't feel like doing anything I don't even want nothing but I'm a Uber driver this makes me wanna kms no lie waste of gas
