I'm in line now, they're asking me to move forward with a vehicle already waiting in front of me.
Home. Didn't appreciate the attempt to move me forward on an online order. Fries were very obviously scraped off the bottom of the barrel, sandwiches are great.

I quit going here years because they had gotten so terrible. Thought I'd give them another chance today, nothings changed. Even worse. Simple drive thru breakfast order I ordered on the app. Get there, guy at drive-thru says pull forward, we'll bring it out to you. I'm the only customer there, not busy at all, Ten minutes later I'm still sitting there waiting on my order. Door was locked so I couldn't go in and have things to do and I'm not waiting forever so I left. Bunch of slowpokes "working" there with no sense of urgency whatsoever, completely unacceptable. I definitely won't be coming to this location ever again, they should just shut it down.
I door dashed this wendys. first of all i received the wrong order they gave me someone else's Second the order I did receive had an order oc baconator fries in a COFFEE CUP! a Coffee Cup. This place needs to.be shut down. You can't order from literally any store on the east side and get good service. What a joke.
Place order for spicy chicken sandwich and added extra piece of chicken and onion. Paid full price what I had to pay with extra chicken and when I got home, there was only one chicken patty. Called the Wendy restaurant and got no answer back but after 4 rings, the phone went like it was busy. This restaurant should be closed down immediately because of their employees don’t do their jobs right. Oh by the way , it took 7 minutes to place my order.
The cashier was too busy talking to someone else to get our order right. She had to ask for help to get our digital coupons. The food size and quality have decreased.
I ordered a hamburger kids meal for my daughter. We get home and there is no meat on it. Just cheese, tomato and bacon. How do you forget meat on a burger?!
Went into the store to get food and was met with red flag after red flag! Someone while I was there had something fuzzy on his chicken sandwich. 2 others came back in with wrong orders. I waited 30min to get one burger, that was made wrong. I ordered a triple and got a dry double. My coworkers also got wrong orders. The soda machine was out of almost all of the sodas. This was by far the worst experience I've had at a Wendy's. This is also the 3rd Wendy's I've had issues with... Wendy's is going down hill and I'm done trying.
Working for this company was like a trip to high school the mangers are very not understanding except one manager that I rarely go to work for, and the workers were very ghetto and disrespectful I wouldn't recommend a fry from this whole company this location or meridian location, while in Indianapolis.! Today I called the store of this location again the manager on shift right now didn't want to remember her name wouldn't AND DIDN'T TRY TO answer a simple question so I can obtain my tax return just called me a pet name "Baby' and hung the phone then took the phone off the hook .Glad I left this company and location I just want my taxes at this point so I can put this whole experience with these nasty people can be behind. Glad I left the company smh can't pay me to give the location and other location good review Through the establishment away.
