The spicy nuggets were delicious. Burger was fresh. Cindy who served me was very friendly and helpful as it was my first time here.
Ordered a Baconator and it is supposed to have two slices of meat and at least six slices of bacon. If I had one slice of bacon on this, I would be lucky. Not very happy at all. Service is definitely gone downhill with the quality of their food.
Tonight when we went to go pick up our online order they informed us that they were out of chili but could replace it with another item. Manager Johnney made sure we had fast service but also fresh food. Everytime we go in he’s very friendly and always have the best food experience when he is working.
Ordered 4 meals around 7 pm. via the drive-thru. Wasn't busy at all. I was the only car in line, and just a few cars scattered in the lot. Once i got to the window, i realized i only ordered 3 drinks, so I politely asked if i could add a soda to my order. The lady at the window got an attitude and acted like it was terribly inconvenient to add 1 soda to the order. Even my kids noticed and said, "What's her problem?" If there were a line or the place was busy, i would completely understand, and i wouldn't even have asked. Or if she said that she was unable to, that would've been fine as well, and I would've sent my son inside to order at the counter. Hopefully, it's an isolated occurrence, and the lady usually offers great customer service. Anyway, we finally got our food, and i didn't get what I ordered. I was exhausted and not prepared to deal with attitude, so I just ate the sandwich. Food tasted good... just not what I paid for.
Johnny is the best!! He offered to drop in a new batch of fries when I asked if what they had was fresh. He absolutely went above and beyond!
I really like the salads but this place is dirty. At first sight the glass doors and windows are filthy. The drink machine is so filthy syrupy and just gross. Even the counter where you pay is dirty. I’m wondering how the kitchen is. From what I can see it looks ok.
I can’t understand how the managers can let this go.
Went to the Wendy's in brush on Friday the 26th the manager Johnny there was super cool friendly as well .. made our food fresh for us as well as the frosty Definitely a good place a great staff .
This Wendy’s location looks nice on the outside, but was not nice inside. There were flies everywhere inside; even flying around our faces while trying to order.
We waited a long time and kept being told that they would help us in just a minute. And we were the only customers there. After about 8 minutes of no service we finally left.
