Popped in to try your breakfast this morning, the first time I might add. I pulled up to the drive thru approx 6:28, and a voice came over and asked if I was using my app today? I said no and would like a BEC biscuit. After a few seconds, the voice replied that we're not open yet. we're still getting things together! After a few seconds of silence, I replied with -are you serious? At this point, it was approximately 30 seconds until 6:30, but then the voice came back and said, "What would you like to order? I replied with my order. I pulled up and paid, was asked to pull to the door to be giving my food....but apparently I didn't pull close enough... instead of just bringing it to me she waved me to pull a few inches forward LOL
the sandwich was okay. A little bit salty and biscuit was soggy at best, but more importantly, the whole experience was hilarious.... it set the tone for my Monday for sure.....
As I open my large retail store this morning, I am reminded of customer service and how to interact with people to keep them coming back and spending money in my establishment. You guys would do well to have people who think the same way.

Staff was lazy. Tables and floors were dirty. We had to clean our own tables. We ask to turn the music down. It was hurting our ears. They said they weren't allowed to touch it. Won't go there again
This is the worst Wendys in the United States. The service is thar bad. It seems like its no leadership. It took over 20 minutes for one customer to get serviced. And there were 4 more people in front of me. I ended up leaving. I think they have NO CLUE that they are supposed to be FAST FOOD. If you have anywhere to be within the next 45 minutes to an hour, dont waste your time here. You will not be serviced. I have never experienced service of this caliber
I went inside to order my food. Guy taking my order was more focused on his phone the the 3 other people waiting to place an order. After about 5 minutes of JUST HIM standing there he asks if I have been helped yet. I told him no. He takes 2 more minutes to play with his phone again. Finally placed my order. That was 30 minutes ago. I went to the car to wait while my boyfriend waits for the food. I understand short staffed, but that's pure laziness and ignorance at best! Please have someone up front that is willing to stay off their phones while dealing with customers.
The staff is rude and treats you like you're an inconvenience to them, if they acknowledge you at all. No one has a clue as to what they are doing. Pulled up to the drive-through and was told I had to go inside because the person had to go to the bathroom. Went inside and was ignored for the first 5 minutes. I finally yelled back to ask if my mobile order was ready and they had no idea of my order. I was there for almost 25 minutes to get my order that I should have been able to pick up at the drive through. Avoid if at all possible.
We were in town & stopped here because we wanted breakfast, and our local Wendy's sucks. We pulled up & didn't know if they were open yet so I called & she told me drive through only. When I got to the window she pulled us up. She brought out such FRESH, HOT, and tasty food. It was plenty & we didn't feel cheated. We will definitely be back.
As soon as we walked in, a worker greeted us with “don’t start. we aren’t serving dine-in customers only drive through” She kicked us out before we even said a word. We turned around and left. Definitely do not come here.
Tasha. NEEDS recognition for her amazing kindness and customer service. She is the nicest person I've had in a long time take my order. She was more than patient with me at the menu board and even nicer to me at the window. Now to the food! don't even get me started on the food I've had Wendy's before but the food I got tonight. made me feel like I was at a fancy restaurant! It was not Lukewarm like typical fast food is, it was !!!HOT!!! fresh and Crispy. the flavor on my chicken sandwiches outshined Chick fil who? yep. Not even worth remembering their name over that sandwich I got here at Wendy's tonight! Thank you Tasha for making me strive to be more like you in my day-to-day.
