What an amazing experience. Hard to describe some of the sights. The dream pools aline can keep you looking for a long time. The reflection is crystal clear. The organ and tje sound it makes almost brought me to tears, made me think of my Mom. Great experience.
Service was a little slow. Food was good. There wasn't much to pick from concerning drinks. The machine in the dining area wasn't working properly.
The "Biggie Bag Doublestack" is basically a slider. Cheese wasn't melted, fries were overcooked, lukewarm crumbs and the nuggets were similarly lukewarm. Nice people working there, but the food quality is horrible.
Arrived about 6:00 pm in drive thru Ordered two combos one drink one frosty and one sandwich at about 6pm
Handed carded no receipt….asked to pull out of line. (99-% of the time do not get a receipt back from this Wendy’s) waited and was brought only one frosty and one sandwich and again no receipt. Told him about the missing combos and other drink waited watched people behind us pull out of line and go inside with and unwrapped sandwich…….we did same and still got no receipt and no drink…..no receipt bc they don’t want to get flagged with bad reviews always ask for a receipt !!!!buyer beware! After going inside and was told “sorry we forgot about you!” We finally left at the Wendy’s parking lot at 6:45. I now remember why I don’t eat as Wendy’s in Elkins! Please open a chick fil a here!
Wendy's of elkins has poor service. When they ask you what kind of sauce you tell them and you don't get any. You order a sweet tea you get the opposite. There nuggets are gooey was not done . There fries weren't even done and VERY SALTY. I will not be going back.
We had the orange creme frosty. It was great, but the drive-through speaker was from the ark. It wasn't working very well. I had to yell my order about 3 times
My burger was burnt. My nuggets were cold and old. Fries were nasty and cold. There grease needed to be changed
We stopped here for a quick snack while passing through the area. It was after lunch rush so the drive-thru wait was short. The staff was friendly and got our order correct. The food was hot and fresh. Overall pleased with our stop.
