I went to this 3rd Avenue location in the Bronx and waited to be served. To my surprise, the two young men/ kids were facing each other repeatedly saying the N word as they talked to each other. They were very unprofessional. This was Friday the 16 of February in the afternoon. I finally left. They just ignored me. You have to blame it on the managers for not correcting a problem like that!!! I would actually say that they didn't think that they were doing anything wrong. Business as usual. What a shame. They can do what they were doing on the street for free, but Wendy's is paying them to do it.
Another thing that's wrong wìth that situation is to imagine what 4,5, and 6 year olds would learn from that example. Don't take your kids to this location.
If I could leave a negative 5 stars then I would. I placed my order tonight at 7:32pm on UberEats. I had 4 different people try to pick up my order. It is now 8:42pm and my order was cancelled because it timed out on the app.
I called one person and I overheard a store clerk say they can't take the phone. Yall obviously can't answer phone calls at the store either. I won't be ordering from here again and I advise you all to do the same. Horrible. ????
Dated dining area that was falling apart to say the very least. Staff seemed irritated to be working. Items weren’t put with order and when asked for them it was attitude central
The service at this store suck as. Always crowded, and the cashier are always with an attitude, very illiterate, and, no matter how many times you spell your name, they will find a way to mess it up. I went inside with my child, and what a mistake it was. Not kid friendly. Never again, I will go to this store
Big bacon classic always on point. Best burgers out of the fast food burger joints, everything else is hit or miss sometimes fries warm sometimes fresh. Dr Pepper is amazing here.
food is great they follow instructions down to a T . The staff are friendly the only thing i would say they have to fix is the atmosphere too many uber or doordash people occupying space when theyre not ordering food but otherwise for a fast food joint highly recommend.
Either you get a really nice worker or someone who looks/talks like their miserable and hate their job.. Customer service needs improvement .overall they are quick with the food. Never waited so long
I ordered through uber eats a chicken sand meal with drink and a chicken ceaser salad..... my order never came with the fries, dressing, straws or napkins. Horrible. This is very unacceptable for a food chain to forget all of that for an order.
