WORST LOCATION IN LAS VEGAS!! DO NOT COME HERE !!!I came here around 8:30 PM and ordered a Parm chicken Caesar salad. I asked the guy at the window how the chicken was made. He proceeded to tell me that it was made in the microwave so I asked for the chicken on the side. I also ordered a junior bacon cheeseburger separately as well, once I received my bag I asked the guy at the window to be sure that the dressing was in the bag. I watched him put a few items in the bag, so I assume dressing was one of them. He told me yes everything is in the bag including your chicken on the side. Of course once I get home NO DRESSING IN THE BAG!!!!!!!! so being that I got the chicken on the side. I’m just stuck with a bowl of lettuce for dinner. NEVER EAT HERE THE WORST SERVICE EVER.! Seemed to me that the employee was under the influence of some sort. I WARN YOU DO NOT EAT HERE !!!????????????????
Not having good luck with nearby fast food options lately. Here was no different. I ordered a taco salad and chicken sandwich combo, both no tomatoes. I received a meatless salad with what seemed like EXTRA tomatoes; a cup of chili(?); and a sandwich with tomatoes. Not only was my order completely wrong but I had to wait a VERY long time for it with no one in line before or after me. Also, I didn't get given a receipt so I don't see any way to be reimbursed. Doubt I'll be going back soon. The location did seem clean around the drive-thru area.
This location is absolute garbage. Either their staff is intentionally ignorant, or horribly under trained to attention to detail because they managed to send my delivery order with completely wrong drinks and food and then attached the receipt to the bag showing how the food should have been prepared correctly. Incompetence.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, we were only ones in line at time. Told go inside it’ll be faster they having technical issues. We come inside to be told wait food is not prepped and inside the employee refusing to take our order because she’s not ready at her register. Employees cussing at each other why things are not done. Manager should be fired… no management skills at all operation is a complete fail.
The food is disgusting I feel robed from my hard earned money! The fries tased toxic and old like they haven't changed the oil in years! The burger meat tasted foul and unpleasant. I will never come back here. I'm in shock how this business is still operating. They need schooling on quality control and food preparation!!!!
OMG!! I’ve had soo many bad experiences with Wendy’s. I remember going to Flamingo location waited 20mins for food just for everything to be extremely cold and ordered from Las Vegas Blvd location just for my nuggets to taste like they had been sitting out and redipped into grease BUT Today was my 3rd time coming to this location and every time I come here they never let me down fries haven’t been cold, nuggets have been FRESH :) and the service is less than a 5min wait this will continue to be the only Wendy’s location I will go to.
This location is definitely one to avoid. Poor service, they seem extremely disorganized. Several people coming inside because they can't take drive thru orders and then they have them standing there waiting almost 10 mins to even place an order... the employees seem to not want to be here, fast foods not a fun job, unfortunately someone's got to do it.
I called Wendy’s 5 times. Each time that I called there was no response. The employees working should have great communication and customer service. Very disappointed
