Gave me some dry a** burger. Disgusting it’s crumbling. I’ve never had a burger this bad. Went at 9 on a Friday no one was there and I see why. Didn’t even get the one order for the night correct. Never returning. Thanks for the disappointment.
Update: as you can see I only took like 2 bites. I was sick. ALL DAY. Definitely food poisoning from old food. Disgusting.
This was the worst food I have ever received from Wendys!! I had been at the hospital all day with my kids to see their Great Granmother. I swung into this Wendy's on the way home and spent $50.00, and that was after being told most of what I tried to order they didn't have. When I got home with what they did have the burgers were burnt and chewy. The tomato looked like it had been stepped on, and all the fries were cold. I was asked to pull to the side while they got the order together, so I was assuming that everything would be good and fresh. Everything ended up in the trash because it was not edible!!
I went there this afternoon. I ordered a double combo meal. The fries were okay but when I got to the hamburger it was room temperature. I went up to the front counter and The person behind the counter. She told me that after 20 minutes that it was going to be cold. I hadn't been there 20 minutes I just got to wait in my fries. I've been there like 5 minutes. So she told me to throw the sandwich away and gave me another sandwich. It was just a little bit warmer than room temperature.
Only that, all the tables were dirty and filthy. You got a bunch of people there that don't care.
I placed a mobile order at Wendy’s on July 1st 2023 for the #00001763 University Blvd S location.
It took approximately 57 minutes to receive my order only to find my order was not completely correct. The customer service was nonexistent since the employees could not stay calm and contain their composure. Instead, they yelled and cursed and did everything they could to try and make customers feel they were in the wrong.
Initially I went inside to get my order. I was told by the employee the order was just accepted but had not been started yet. During the 30 minutes I waited inside the lobby I wittinesses multiple customers complain their order was either not correct or not even started. One customer was told he could not get a refund on the order he still hadn’t received because a general manager was not there. When I inquired again about my order again, it still had not even been started. I was also told they could not pull up my mobile order or provide a receipt to me.
It seemed that orders through the drive thru were being prioritized even though the cars were still being asked to park and wait for their food. I told the employees I’d be going through the drive thru. Once it was my turn at the drive thru speaker I was told they were no longer taking orders. I explained I was just inside and I have had already paid for my order online. The employee tried to tell me they didn’t have my order but while I was inside I was told they accepted my online order. The order just hadn’t been started. The employee finally told me to pull around. Once I got to the window I was told to park and wait for my food. I kindly declined and told them I’d be waiting at the window in my car, especially because there were no cars behind me. Once I received the bags of food I wanted to check them before pulling away. The employee at the window told me to come inside if I needed to check my orders because I was holding up the line. Meanwhile, another employee was getting upset, yelling that I had been sitting at the window for 10 minutes. These employees were very rude and cursing throughout my time at the location.
By the time I was handed my food the ice in my drinks had melted and the frosty were half melted. The order was not entirely correct and they did not follow the custom orders that were made for each meal. The nuggets and fries were undercooked and not edible.
I am highly disappointed in this whole experience at Wendy’s and their employees. I most certainly will not be returning to any Wendy’s location because of this awful experience.
This place inside is empty and I TOTALLY understand.
The young lady taking my order was low key RUDE when we clearly asked for large drinks and fries with our order. She touched fries with her bare hands and was irritated when I asked for ice because the ice machine out in the lobby wasn’t working. I actually live in Charlotte NC. But I would NOT recommend anyone going here if you’re looking for fast food.
The service from the front counter is ridiculous.
RUN!! Or go to another fast food place.
I threw away over half of my burger. Can’t imagine how rude the girl would have been if I took the old bread and dry burger back up there.
My husband also said it was horrible.
I was charged full price for an item that was added, stating $1 as the price when added. Other than that, the service was good. However, next time, I will check my receipt at the window.
The place was clean, with clean bathrooms that were stocked well. Most of the food was hot and fresh, but some of the chicken nuggets were room temp. The staff was very kind and professional.
This Wendy’s was so good the service was amazing but now on serveral occasions My sandwich would be cold or undercooked and the workers don’t seem to be working because the drive thru never moves
