They consistently get things wrong. This time, they didn’t tell me they were out of cold brew & didn’t ask me for a substitution and just handed me a frosty and then I only got 7 nuggets in my 10-piece nugget. I couldn’t go back because I had to get back to work.
The staff here did a lot of cursing, and I mean loud vulgar words. I stood at the counter for several minutes before only one person acknowledged me. The food was good.
I went through the drive through during breakfast at 10:15. I was told that only 3 of the breakfast meals were available by the employee. I wanted lunch but it was early, so my mistake. I proceed to order two of the breakfast meals I was told were available. No confirmation that I was heard. I wait a couple minutes and say, "Hello? Anyone there?" No response. I decide to go inside and when I do the manager is wearing the headset for the drive through talking to two other employees. There are no other customers inside or in the drive through. She asks me to go to the drive through because they are doing breakfast. I state that I just did but no one responded. She looks me square in the eyes, taps the headset, and says, "Yeah, I did. YOU pulled off." I just wave her off and walk away at this point. When a manager acts like that it's no wonder the overall service is mediocre at best. This location is an inconsistent joke in terms of quality and service.
Ordered almost $30 worth of food through the mobile app for indoor pickup. Went to the restaurant, waited in line, told the cashier the name on the order and waited. 5 minutes pass by and they try and hand me another person's order. I let them know that's not my order and the cashier asked for the name again. Gave him the name and he said that name wasn't in their system. I confirmed the address, to make sure I was at the right place and I was. I tried to show the cashier my phone with the order confirmation & receipt pulled up and he wouldn't even look at it, just kept saying the name wasn't in the system. Tried multiple times to ask him and the manager(?) that was bagging food, what was going on and how to fix the problem and kept getting ignored. Stood there for at least 5 more minutes trying to get the situation resolved and kept getting ignored. Finally left because I only had a certain amount of time for lunch. Lost almost $60 today because of this particular store (what I ordered and didn't get, on top of the food I had to go buy at McDonalds). My ultimate guess they gave my order to someone else, as they tried to hand two other ppl the wrong order while I was standing there and didn't want to take responsibility for the mess up.
The drive-through experience started rough, they were rude when taking my order. Also, we ordered coffee with our breakfast, and when we got up to the window, she told me they would need to brew more coffee. Acting like it was an inconvenience for them to do so. I love Wendy’s, but I will not be coming back to this one.
This is absolutely the worst Wendy's ever!! They mess up every order, every time, in every possible way. Which is sad because I like Wendy's food from other locations but this one makes Wendy's look terrible. If I ever decide to go here in the future (and I wont!) and they ask me what I want on my baked potatoes (sandwich, chili or anything thing else for that matter) my response would be, "Put whatever TF you all want on it cause that's what you all do anyway!" They just need to go ahead and close this location down! I can guarantee I'm not the only one who has experienced this type of service at this location. Whoever the district manager is of this location should be ashamed! If anyone wants Wendy's your best bet it to drive the extra miles and go to a different one. I would give no stars if I could but that is not an option they give.
The staff at this location are awful. We stood at the counter for over ten minutes waiting to be acknowledged, but nothing. Totally ignored. We left without ordering. And this is NOT the first time we’ve had abysmal service at this location. Avoid at all costs until or unless they fire everyone and re-staff.
They don't have bacon. They don't have nuggets. They're out of all drinks except sugar free lemonade. Sharkeesha can't do math and Tyrone can't read so even if you could order any food it wouldn't be anything you ordered. Just go out of business already.
