Came in five mins before closing and the staff were still super nice and welcoming. It’s always a pain when people show up in the lobby before closing, but they were all really nice and chill- especially Dee the shift lead. He was helping train a newer guy and seemed helpful. Food wasn’t the hottest but hey. It was fast. Can’t complain. What do y’all expect? Overall really pleased with how courteous and respectful he was. Thanks.
absolutely terrible service. staff are miserable and my order is ALWAYS incorrect. ordered a baconator meal and i got something completely different that didn't even have bacon on it! the food is tasty so it's a huge disappointment. the interior is pretty much always dirty as well. i don't recommend coming to this location. spend your money elsewhere
Very unusual experience the other day at this Wendy's on West 12th in Millcreek. Two tables were occupied, and we were the first at the counter. It looked like they had plenty of staff, I saw 5-6 plus the manager. I had a small order, and the group behind me also had a small order. We waited about 20 minutes, 15 at the soonest, and got our order. The fried were like warm and being hard. Burger was dry and cold. An item was missing from the order as well. The interior was very dirty with uncleared tables, and floors had trash that needed picked up. The employees I interacted with were polite, I think they just needed proper supervision and leadership. Two different skill sets that some of these young fast food managers just don't have yet. When I do stop at a fast food place, I would stop at Wendy's as their food is usually good and maybe this store was having a bad day, but their bad day affects the day of the customers and they tell there friends about it. The worst kind of word of mouth you can get.
I would give zero stars if I could!! I am not pleased with this location. We walk in to immediately be greeted with attitude from one of the workers! Hats off to the 2 managers and 1 crew member who was actually doing their job! I give you 3 a 5/5. Good job keep up the good work
As far as that one with attitude. That is another story. And for her to have the nerve to say my guest came "behind the counter" Try again. The counter was never crossed! And to text the "gm" and talk about us where we can hear it?! To get me all upset with my daughter there?! Oh come on!!
Also, the ones that had the attitude were walking around on their phones instead of working!! That is not fair to the 3 that were actually paying attention and doing their job! I will be contacting corporate office about this matter. I should never EVER have to come into such an experience.
Ordered online. Daves single combo meal with NO cheese. Received my food, I received a CHEESEburger in a plastic container with lettuce and onion....like really?? It's extremely rare to find any kind of quality and accuracy in fast food these days!! Guess checking the bag at the restaurant is must!!!!!

The service was efficient, and the staff was friendly, adding to the overall pleasant experience. The only downside was the limited seating space, but it's a minor inconvenience considering the quality of the food.
In conclusion, Wendy's Chicken Wrap and Creamsicle Frosty combo is a winner in my book. It's a taste of comfort food with a twist, and I'll definitely be back for more. Highly recommended!
Service was not friendly. First of all when we walked into the Wendy’s on west 12th Str in Millcreek there was no one around. No employees or customer. Had to call out several times before employees surfaced. Then we felt like our presence was an inconvenience for them. Enough said!
Drive thru for 2 orange Frostys. Staff was more interested in talking & playing with each other. Guy in front took forever finally got his very small looking order. We got out 2 Frostys in between giggling kids playing, the Frosty wasn't even frozen. Obviously the machine was broke or they hadn't kept it replenished. We had a glass of foamy orange much. Threw it out. This particular Wendy's is directly off I-90 &they seem to think everyone who stops is coming off the highway & never going to come back. They have 1 thing right! Bad staff, bad food, long wait. No thanks.
