Places I know for welding a nut off a wheel… managed to get us I. Within an hour of them closing! And done absolutely fantastic… guy on reception efficient and happy to help us seeing as thought no one else could… will be going to them for further and future work on both of our cars to repay the favour for getting us in so quickly and thank you to the team most importantly for that

Had our Renault Captur towed here after the brakes on offside rear tyre had totally locked up. They were prompt in fixing more than we thought was wrong with it. They were recommended to us by a friend and I’m glad we towed the car here. Good prices was expecting it to be a lot more but was pleasantly surprised. Used these guys for the first time for my MOT and subsequent repairs, incredible helpful and quick turn around time, I was quoted a very good price for the work and it ended up being cheaper than they'd initially quoted. Very pleased, will definitely use again.
Professional garage with prompt and genuine staff. A few days back I had an issue with my ABS pump, and I approached Welton as a RAC-approved garage. They did all the required diagnostic tests and papers works. Obtain approval and completed the job within no time. Excellent customer care and trustworthy staff.
Travelled 40 mins to be told they had cancelled my mot. Waited in reception 15 mins with no response from staff. I went into staff area and found their "Manager" who simply blamed a 3rd party for them not telling me and put all responsibility onto them, as well as openly bad mouthing the 3rd party. No integrity, no professionalism, no interest in customer. Manager couldnt run a bath never mind a service.
Avoid and take your business elsewhere they don't deserve your business.
bit confused by the whole experience. my car had a problem that needed diagnosing so was booked in for first thing yesterday morning. I phoned well into the afternoon just to check on its progress and was told it hadn't been looked at yet but it was in the bay waiting to be seen. A couple of hours went by and I got a phone call saying it wasn't being looked at today and that I would be phoned by tomorrow lunchtime and given a progress report then. Lunchtime today came and went so I phoned again and was told that my car wasn't being looked at now until some point next Week?? At this point I decided to fetch my car back as I have now lost two days at work due to being carless and I can't afford to lose more. My confusion comes from the whole booking your car in thing. When you book a slot, isn't the reason you book that slot is that is roughly the time your car will be being looked at? or at least at some point on the same day, otherwise what's the point in booking it in? The whole experience has left me feeling like they just couldn't be bothered to even look at it. My whole family, 5 of us all use this garage but this has left a bit of a sour taste and I'm not sure that we will again.
I've used Weltons for over ten years and will continue to do so.
