Overpriced and no regard to your vehicle. Even busted a tire when dropping off.
I never talked to you. I talked to a different gentleman. Jake I believe was his name. I was here when he dropped off, and literally dropped hard. So hard it bounced and turned sideways. The tire wasn't flat at first. Still for almost $600 you would think it would be placed a little easier off rollback. It's not the $250 to get you to bring it 56 miles, that I understand and consider fair. It was the $300 you charge for the 3.2 miles from the hospital to your tow company.
Thank you I would appreciate a copy of damages. So far no one from either police department has taken the time to go over the damage.
I will up you to a 3 because Jake was a really nice man. But it was rolled off very hard. So hard that when it hit it turned sideways. Sorry truth is truth
