Very polite, welcoming. Only disappointment is they are closed Saturday and Sunday according to their website. They told me 4 days for delivery of medication. It means I have to wait an extra 2 days to collect!! next time I will order medication 7/8 days in advance.
Once again this fabulous little team didn’t disappoint after a traumatic late dentist appointment I arrived ten minutes before closing. I didn’t expect the prescription to be filled but within five minutes I was in and out. No problem for this shop, always there for you- excellent service.
I went in to buy some Codeine for a care home I work for. The ladies behind the counter didn't believe me and cross examined me. When I responded in the same tone. Some short little old lady, with glasses emerged from the back,started shouting at me and calling me rude. Absolutely disgusting service in this place. I was after the painkillers for a service user with a broken ankle. Ibuprofen was not working for him. These women (its all women there) have the worst reputation in the whole area. You walk in the chemist and their faces are sullen and miserable. There is a hint of a sneer in every word they utter to each other. It looks like a toxic environment from our side of the counter.
Terrible pharmacy. New owners, terrible service. Always a problem when picking up prescription then make out it’s my fault as they haven’t reordered as requested.
Accept responsibility for your failures.
Will go elsewhere now.

Blame it on being busy l expect but maybe a few extra hours could be useful, not opening on a Saturday is crazy how on earth do the worker's get their prescription?
This is the second time l have caught them out! I order online as instructed by my medical practice, so when l receive a message l order straight away, then l wait for the next message then order again, so my script is broken up, so when l pop in there could be perhaps 3 scripts waiting, what the server does not see, all the other scripts, they just see the last one, so l go home thinking this is a bit light, l query and told that's all there is!
Potentially a dangerous situation, running out of medication, they just do not care!
The pharmacy is very nice and very quick. They are highly professionally and I had greater service - the people are very polite and so friendly. I would suggest the pharmacy for everyone
