I was treated with respect, lovely girls, Dr. Ben was very thoughough They have a slushy machine and coffee. I have a sinus infection blah. Hardly any wait at all. Handicap accessible restrooms parking and entrance. This is a very nice clinic if your doctor is closed. Lovely. Music would b nice. Bathrooms clean

Five Stars warranted - from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, everyone I came in contact with was very professional and so very nice.
I went in dripping blood from a trimmer accident which about tore my finger off and they immediately got me back and wasted no time in evaluating the situation. After a finger tourniquet and cleaning the wound, and they made the determination that I needed to go to the hospital because they don't do x-rays at this location and they wanted to make sure no bone was broken. Come to find out, the bone was broken and I had to have many stitches as well.
Even the young lady they were training had great knowledge. I would have never known she was training had they not mentioned to her what a great job she did.
I don't know what other people have gone through but my experience was one of total professionalism and care.
Loved the way I was treated at this place however, I was a little worried when I walked in because the receptionist was looking like the gatekeeper for the President ;) but I soon realized, she too, is a pleasant one just doing her job.
In my opinion, part of a receptionist's job should be to greet with a smile. After all, it is the very first person they encounter. Its a huge part of the overall feeling people will remember...especially when giving a review.
WellNow is awesome!! They were very thorough and I felt that they genuinely cared. It was super helpful to be able to schedule an appointment, and I was able to get an appointment the same morning. The staff was very professional and helpful. Everything was explained to me, and I felt like I was being heard. I was in and out in about a half a hour, but was not rushed. The visit was very comprehensive. Thank you Kyle, Emma, and the entire Alliance team. Even though I wasn’t feeling my best, this was a wonderful experience!! ????
From the moment I entered I was greeted with kindness from the entire staff. The receptionist was very accommodating. The nurse that checked me was very thorough and put me at ease as she did an EKG. The Medical Professional (NP or Doctor) was just that a complete Professional. She listened intently as if I were the only patient for the day. Five stars
They got me in within 10 minutes of getting there, my nurse (Valerie) was super kind and efficient. I was out of there within 40-45 minutes total and they properly diagnosed my issue and got me moving in the right direction to feeling better. Super pleased with my experience especially considering no one ever wants to be at urgent care!
Very happy with our experience. All the staff was very helpful. My daughter had gone once in October and again in March. We had Valerie both times she is very nice and made us feel very comfortable!
I absolutely love Nurse Val Nicholson! She is always amazing with my children, especially my oldest daughter who gets nervous at doctor's visits. Thank you for everything you do!
This clinic is awesome! I have come here several times and even brought my mom in once. The staff is caring and knowledgeable. The online registration is great, even allows you to schedule ahead. I arrived for my scheduled time and was in and out in no time with my problem solved! They even apologized for a five minute wait for my discharge papers! You won’t get this kind of service and compassion anywhere! Highly recommend you trust them with your care!
