WHAT is there to complain about.
Staff are friendly and helpful ???? advice and follow up calls when a customer is on a new prescription, genuine concerns.
This is a bizzy pharmacy.& Dr's. iv always had no problems, friendly& helpful..... just remember they are people and doing there jobs we should all remember these things. patience.we are blessed
The lady who I spoke with on the phone was lovely, but when I went to pick up my prescription I was shocked at how untidy and unkempt the pharmacy is. I asked for another product, and the assistant did try to look for it, but the place was such a mess that she ended up apologising. She said she knew that they had the product, but couldn't find it. It was in one of the boxes, somewhere. She suggested that I try next door as they are the same pharmacy, which I did. But, when the assistant finally acknowledged me it was clear that she had no idea where to look. I ended up showing her which shelf the product should be on, but they hadn't got it anyway. Overall impression - tatty, unkempt, messy and disorganised, and some of the staff need an injection of enthusiasm and customer care.
this evening my libre sensore ended. After searching the house I realised I had not reordred a repeat script. I had approx 4 blood testing strips left. It was Saturday, I am type 1 diabetic & I was stuck..... so I went to buy a sensor from wellington pharmacy as they were still open at 9pm. I was advised that a priority referral could be made to ensure I received the prescription with no extra cost. I agreed. The sensor was authorised & given to me within a few minutes. I didnt know how i would get through the weekend without the good advice & medical supply from the gentleman at this pharmacy. Thank you so much. 5 stars :)
Can't fault the service and advice received today, had the medicines in stock and offered after sales help and support. Keep up the good work.
This pharmacy is a brilliant pharmacy I have no trouble or problems I have my medicine every day ready and waiting they have to carry alot if the problems the doctors cause for me but they always help me solve the issue ???? ???? with kindness and a smile ????

Poor service.went to collect my repeat prescription which was ordered in advance from my doctor. Had to wait 20minutes.then I had to ask for it as the staff were chatting away even though there were other people waiting. Then I went to pay for it only to be told they couldn't take cash as they were cashing up and I would have to wait another 10 minutes. The staff need to pay more attention. Very poor service.
