Extremely rude staff that ignored our presence in the shop for 10 minutes before coming out and saying sorry I didn't know you were waiting even though we had been walked past by staff members twice. I witnessed one man trying to pay for items from the shelves for at least 15 minutes being completely ignored. The shop was full of people waiting while at least four staff members were all chatting away behind the counter. Luckily I can and will be going elsewhere but for the others that can't travel this needs to be addressed.
See other reviews, You could feel free to shoplift the whole shop, Absolutely no-one front of shop, 15 mins after trying to make myself visible, two eyes appeared from the back asking if they could help. Ask for my wife's prescription, stated that it had to be checked........... checked ?!?! the prescription has been in 10 days, could you check it in that time!!! 20 mins late out it came, in the meantime 6 other people came in to waste there lives. again no one attended to. bugger me even you get delay repay on the railway. give it up guys. start a knocking shop
No customer service. A line of about 20 people (no joke) one person walking back and forth with other members of staff standing in the background. I went in for cough syrup waiting in line for about 40mins with 2 people being seen in that time. Disgusting that nobody else intervened and helped with the large amount of people waiting. Will NEVER go again. As I put my stuff back on the shelf and walked out there must have been about 30 people at that point. Shameful.

Gone from an exceptional pharmacy to appalling.
Wait 7 days for a prescription to be drawn, no text to say ready, countless queues in store, no staff, no service, absolutely appalling.
Considering this is attached to a busy surgery, this urgently needs to be addressed urgently
I have changed my pharmacy. To slow to many staff just talking round the back even to a point that a customer had to go behind the vounter and asked if any body serving. Staff cant spell simple names when you get email to say meds ready go there wasnt even open thats on a saturday no warning old people outside queuing but not open disgusting.....
Went in today near closing time because i knew they where slow and it would be quiter yes it was two people in front of me waiting stood there for 15 minutes no one came to serve i thought they had gone home and forgot to lock the door had to walk out could not take anymore done my head in completely useless ??????????????
Absolutely the worst pharmacy in Wisbech. Not only are they painfully slow and rude, they are vindictive and dangerous. Condescending and useless.
Normally staff were polite and nice every time I went there .today had a bad experience.waited in line for 10 minutes, pharmacy was getting full of customers while the lady in there was busy chatting with her colleague about how a customer was rude to her .when it was my turn to be served she was unprofessional and acting all superior .they way she spoke to me was like I was a total imbecile.they should review their staff behaviour cause it’s unacceptable.
