Couldn't get medication at my local chemist. Luckily phoned around and was able to get here. The staff are lovely, kind and friendly ???? thank you..you literally saved the day!
No stars and after Tuesday these won't be dispensing my meds i am into the 7th day and no inhalers which were ordered the week before and don't use this pharmacy it's a bad joke and uselessly hopeless
Polite and understanding staff. Would recommend anyone needing advice on medication or even to get prescriptions from this pharamcy over any other in the area.

I highly recommend Knights Pharmacy on Shields Road to others — prompt and professional service with a smile. They’ll go above-and-beyond for their patients and they’ll make you feel well cared for as one. Staff are very, very warm and welcoming when you visit. There’s a personal touch to the service. I’d say they’re excellent all-round!
I've been collecting my prescriptions at the pharmacy for over a year. In that time, I've always been greeted warmly with a smile as well as exceptional service by members of staff. For example, at a previous pharmacy, I'd often have issues with my prescriptions — especially for my controlled drugs — with regular delays, lost prescriptions, etc. This has never happened at Knights Pharmacy on Shields Road: my meds are ready to collect from opening and the staff will communicate with the GP on my behalf in order to resolve an issue prior to collection. This has brought this disabled person such peace of mind following years of anxiety.
As an aside, I must state that the members of staff make the pharmacy the most welcoming of places: you're not simply a prescription to them, but a cared-for patient. They'll dispense prescriptions, provide advice on illnesses and give recommendations for meds with utmost professionalism whilst being most personable. I always leave with a smile! Thank you, Knights Pharmacy, for being there.
Im very pleased with the service I receive at Kerrs pharmacy. The staff are always so helpful and polite . Even when I call to check if my prescription is in they are so helpful. I'm very pleased with the service they provide as my local pharmacy and the staff are all amazing.
Fab little pharmacy made better by the staff who are super helpful and always go the extra mile for you. I’d missed my last flu jab at the GP’s, contacted the pharmacy and went and got one straight away. :-))
