Lazy unhelpful rude time waster staff!!!! Tried to return dad's medication after his passing lots of controlled medication and they refused to take because they don't have the space and to try and see if other pharmacies will take it!!! no you just can't be arsed!!! A disgraceful service
today rang the chemist several times just to have the phone put down on you.i stood in the chemist and i rang while i was in there .thay dont answer the phone.mistakes made short of tablets thay forgot to put in.i was told today go some ware else very rude. colection of my tabelts today some tablets missing.and this happened last time as well.gary smith
Visited the pharmacy at 5.40pm after work today, with 20 minutes to go before closing. There was a queue of 6 people outside and after 15 minutes only 2 people had been seen. At 5.55 the shutters were put down on us without any warning and we were sent away. I needed the tablets today and so did many others in the queue
They always have to order the medication, they always tell everyone what your medication is by saying its. .....is that correct? What happened to patient confidentiality. They never have enough staff on either, give yourself half an hour to collect minimum
Never answer the phone. Often condescending to customers, not me personally but I witness it most of the time when I collect my medication. The only reason i use this pharmacy is it's handy.
This chemist used to be very good and has gone down hill have been trying to ring for about 3days and no one answers dont recive texts to say my meds are ready they never seem to have enough staff the time to you have to wait is so long had to to in to the chemist to see if my meds are ready and the phone rings alot but no one answers it something needs to be done will be changing chemist
A welcome Chemist but is not perfect at sourcing the your medication changes.
Medication seems to take weeks and weeks to be ordered in, they tell you they will text you but they don't and after 4 weeks you still don't have your medication, and this happens every time. Time to change pharmacies
