They seems good and at the same time seems busy. It seems they have lots of patients.
The last time I visited with my child; I was advised to call 111 because they got no space available to accommodate us.
That doesn’t mean they were bad; it might be that they were overwhelmed with clients at the time of my visit.
I have seen lots of patients with positive experiences from them which is an indication of good practice.
Therefore, I commend them for their work; there has been backlog of patients since Covid.
Fantastic dentist! Very polite staff and make you feel welcomed. Dentists are very calming and have done a fab job on my teeth ????

Broken tooth ???? and needed emergency treatment but wasn’t registered to a dentist. I contacted this practice and they couldn’t be more helpful. I rang most dentists in bilston and all were rude or unhelpful. Thankfully the receptionist at wednesfield dental practice booked me in for a next day appointment and explain all costs involved. The dentist I saw was lovely his known as T. He was gentle and caring and put me at ease.
5 star review ! After visiting the dental practice today I wanted to share my experience. From start to finish the service I received from Katrina on front desk to meeting DR Tanraj Banal was professional , informative and overall a pleasant experience. Keep up the great work !
Losing patience with this practice. Have to wait forever for an appointment and then it got cancelled by them, no explanation other than to say they will contact me again to rearrange and still heard nothing. Come on guys! As a Manager myself, customer service needs to better than this. You cancelled my appointment on short notice and said you would rearrange but haven’t. Sort it out and try to be a bit more professional in future please.
Came for an appointment last Friday 23/02 for a Wisdom tooth extraction and had a warm welcome from Katrina and Meg on the desk. Like to thank the team, Renee the nurse and Dr Tanray Bansal for their service. Will be coming back. Many thanks, Shaun Berry.
I’ve been waiting since September for an appointment for my daughter. Only to just be seen in January…
The dentist guy upstairs is awful. Seen him a couple of times before and everytime he rushes the job. I couldn’t get a word in and was in there less than 5 mins.
His quite rough when handling children and was not listening to me when I said my daughter has sensory issues and has difficulties.
I will be transferring to a new dentist ASAP as I do not trust this man to check out teeth.
I’d give this practice two stars for cleanliness and lovely staff on the reception.
