Do not go to this dental practice had some teeth out. Left me in pain for weeks after. I had to go to another dentist for them to look at and he had left teeth in my mouth from where he was meant to take them out. Avoid at all cost. When speaking with the dentist he is so rude and obnoxious and won't listen when trying to explain things to him.
I would 100% Recommend this surgery to anyone. Absolutely fantastic Dentist so thorough and friendly.Thank you so much
First time going to this dental practice, I can say I never had a fear of going to the dentist before . My experience wasn't very good from this practice . I had a temporary filling put in place, while waiting for a crown . When he gave me the anaesthetic in my gum he went into the tooth and I got server pain . He was not gentle in pulling my mouth when drilling pushed my bottom lip into my lower teeth .He added a black temporary filling , I had nasty taste at the back of my throat relating to the filling and was getting headaches. still was getting some pain . After 1 week I went back for the crown to be fitted , I was already apprehensive and knew I was going to get pain from the next procedure. I was right, I said to him I was having pain for the past 4 days from the tooth, and he decided just to pull the temporary filling off he didn't give me any anaesthetic. The pain was for very painful I had tears rolling down my face . He said its ok , I said it's easy for you to say I am the one with the pain . And he was tapping my shoulder for support, he then fitted the crown which I still got some pain while he fitted it .i am still suffering from headaches three days later .. And still have some pain from the tooth .hoping it will settle down . Will never go back there again . And now I have a fear of going to the dentist that I never had before ????????
This was my first time at this dentist. I am a nervous wreck when it comes to visiting them. But this one is amazing. The receptionists are so friendly. An the dentist was checking on me every step of the way. I'm now pain free for first time in ages and will def be returning for regular checkups. Just proves if you find the right dentist it's not so scary. Thankyou to the lovely staff
Visited Wednesbury Dental Practice for the first time today to have 3 teeth removed. Had come highly recommended as I am a very, very nervous patient. Can not praise this practice enough. Staff are very friendly and welcoming and dentist kept me calm and reassured throughout. Would definitely recommend!
The worst experience I've ever had. I've never had issues with any dentist previously, but seeing this dentist has changed that. It was the most rushed appointment where I couldn't get a word in edgeways and was barked at for not flossing. My lips, gums and upper palate have all been cut in different places and the smell from the tools he used was like a stale stagnant fish tank. Who knows if anything was cleaned before hand. I've since had severe pain in my mouth (from just a scale and polish) and its 3 days now. I would advise anyone and everyone to avoid!
I went in, rather nervously, for a long overdue scale and polish and I'm ecstatic with how my teeth look and feel. The staff were as lovely and friendly as always, which really helped to calm my nerves. I'm very pleased!
Decided to change to this dentist as my normal dentist never actually did the work I needed doing and always messed me around. These made me feel very welcome the staff were all polite and friendly, the dentist did a full check and x-ray sat me down and explained and showed me in detail all the work I need doing and how it will be done etc booked in to get it all done next week. I'd highly recomend these if you have a fear of dentists. Won't be returning to crankhall lane dentist surgery again!!
