I'm sorry but we care don't care about you and your appointment time I rode with this company for a few weeks and it was really bad only a couple driver's would be on time and they don't call to let you know that there going to be late or not show up at all. I will never use this company again. We don't care is a good name for them. Had a couple good driver's and I'm hoping they find a better job because they deserve to be treated better than we don't care treat's them
I am a caregiver for a family member, otherwise I would not be doing this job. I was told about a mandatory training that I was expected to show up for the next day. I informed their new manager that I schedule other patients a week in advance and would not be able to attend the training. Not to mention, that I would not be paid for 7 hours of my time. She told me that she would call and report me to the state. She also threatened to “deactivate” me (whatever that means). I was absolutely appalled as I did nothing wrong or unethical. I am considering quitting due to the craziness. The sad thing about it all is my family member is upset because she does not want to lose me. I would not recommend this company for your loved one. If I could, I’d give this agency no stars
I had a scheduled & confirmed ride. I was forced, due to their poor scheduling, to COMPLETELY miss my appointment! When the driver showed up at our door THREE HOURS LATE my 44 year old responsible son answered our front door, he later said to me that he would NOT have even wanted me to ride with the person or inside the small UNmarked vehicle provided. I’m NOT planning to use this MISS named company again & I strongly recommend they change their name. ????
Do NOT use this company! I had a ride scheduled and confirmed. After the driver not showing up 15 minutes after departure time, I called the company. I was told that they didn't have a driver for me. I had to scramble to get to my doctors appointments. A phone call would have been nice. Very unprofessional and uncaring!!
This is the most horrible company ever!!! Very unprofessional. I have missed 6 appointments due to them. Once they even left me at an appointment in the middle of Summer and never came back to pick me up! I ended up with heat stroke and having no choice but to pay a large cab fare. This place should be shut down. Whoever runs this place is on drugs, out of their mind or both.
This company is really bad. Every time they are supposed to pick up my sister they always have bad issues with never being on time, canceling her at the last minute without even calling her. And if she does get picked up they go and drop her off and total nightmare to get them to pick her back up. They take hours to get her picked up. Wouldn't recommend this company at all. And this is every time.
Company was managed poorly. Branch manager had little if any authority to approve anything. Had to get approval from home office on even the basic of things. In particular maintenance of vehicles, which were extremely high in mileage. Worst run company I have worked for.
If you were to call these people dog excrement it would be giving them a complement.
These people are completely useless. Its been more that 5 times I have to cancel my appointment because they never show up and don't even bother telling you the reason.
