Rick has been very helpful with my vehicles, which needed repair. He treats me fairly, and I will definitely return when the need arrives. I recommend him to help anyone in their time of need. He will charge you fairly for the work performed. Top quality work performed.
I went to Waynesville Body Shop for an estimate to replace the bumper on my Prius and fix some minor damage in the back. Rick quoted me $894. The final bill came to $1500.
A body shop in Asheville previously quoted me $870. I chose Waynesville Body Shop because it was closer to home and I felt like I would get higher quality work.
My Prius is 14 years old - 2011 - and has 235,000 miles on it. $1500 is above and beyond what I wanted to spend on a bumper.
When Rick called to tell me my car was ready, he said he did not accept debit or credit cards - cash or check only. I paid with a check payable to Rick personally at his request .
I pointed out the that he had missed an area in the rear of the vehicle about the size of a dime where the paint was chipped off. He touched it up with a quick coat of paint and handed me a small jar of paint he had left over. The spot is still VERY visible.
Do not use this shop for anything!
I had Rick at Waynesville Body Shop to repair and paint my 2009 Honda Accord driver side door and quarter side. He did an excellent job and went up and beyond what was expected. I highly recommend to anyone that needs body and paint.

As the owner of a private transportation company, I deal with my share of repairs, both mechanical and cosmetic. I baby my vehicles and the slightest dent or scratch drives me crazy, even if others don't notice.
Recently, someone decided that our 4 week old carbon gray Transit 350 van was in "too perfect" condition...so they keyed it.
I was certain that it would have to be repainted, but Rick sized up the repair and was confident that he could buff it out. I expressed my doubt, but he suggested we try.
On the spot, he spent about 20 minutes sanding and polishing and buffing until the scratch was 100% gone. You'd literally never know it was there. I was shocked and delighted.
Echoing some of the reviews I read before taking the vehicle to Waynesville Body Shop, I was prepared to accept the fact that a significant investment was going to be required to make the scratch go away. Rick demonstrated a level of integrity that is uncommon in the auto repair industry (actually, people in general) and he earned a spot as the "go-to" auto body repair shop for my fleet!

I absolutely recommend Waynesville Body Shop if body work and/or painting is needed. The owner was awesome to work with and everything was done as discussed. Requested work was completed in a timely manner. Rick went out of his way and took me home and picked me back up when my vehicle was ready. He did excellent work on my car. It looks like nothing had ever happened. I will use this shop again if or when needed in the future. Thanks Rick for all that you did and your awesome repair work!
Just had the trunk repainted on my Subaru Legacy. They started on time, finished on time, and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for painting or body work.
